Moonlight Menagerie LLC is an 11 1/2 acre mini farm & petting zoo located in Van Wert, Ohio. We can be seen at local festivals & Events; and local nursing homes. It is our intent to touch the lives of others as we share our animals.
My husband & I moved to Van Wert, Ohio in 2011 to be closer to our grandchildren. Since it had always been our dream to own a farm, it seemed appropriate to do so at that time. We came to Van Wert with 2 young Bernese Mountain Dogs, but within 3 months added miniature rabbits and chickens. As our grandchildren's interest grew, we added miniature horses, a miniature steer, miniature sheep, miniature pigs, ducks, and turkeys. Along the way we rescued a pony and orphaned kittens. Quite the Menagerie! Our Menagerie has had some changes over the years. A harsh winter took out our birds and we switched from sheep to goats. Some of our four-legged friends have new families. But each Spring brings the joy of new life to our farm and we welcome visitors to share in the experience.

We have: Miniature Silky Fainting goats, an Angora goat, Miniature Horses & Donkeys, a Soay Sheep ram, a Miniature pig, Miniature rabbits (Mini Rex & Lionhead) . . . and of course, our beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs.
