Moore Elementary School began as an elementary school housing students from 1st -6th grade. It was named after the pastor of 8th Street Baptist Church, Rev.John Henry Moore. It currently serves students from Pre-Kindergarten to 5th grade and continues to be a leader in the community. The school prides itself on providing a quality standards-based education for all students.
