Very competent. I was traveling through Vegas and wanted to get my teeth cleaned/checked and they made it very easy for me. They allowed me to bring my companion dog with me which was awesome and made me feel so much more relaxed. Dr. Chan did my cleaning because the hygienist was out that day. She did a great job and was straightforward and honest. Her assistant forgot her name was super friendly. Hope to see them on my next trip.
Do not use this dentist office!! I started using this dental office because they offered sedation to their patients. I’m extremely terrified of the dentist stemming from childhood. There had been no problems having minor dental issues repaired with dr Moore. So I trusted these people with my mouth. That was a huge mistake on my part!!! In April, I had full mouth extraction for dentures. My gums weren’t shaved in order to have dentures fit properly…the immediate dentures didn’t even come close to fitting, didn’t work at all. I have been in excruciating pain from bone Spurs and sores in my mouth!! Still have them to present date! So let the nightmare begin. I was without teeth for months, waiting, all the while trying to be patient. Five times later, still nothing that works in my mouth!! Dr. Chan even asked the lab technician to come to over to their office and fit me proper, which they refused!! So after months with no teeth, they sent me to another lab! Got a set of dentures that are beautiful but are not functional in order to eat!! Because my gums were not prepared properly for healing!! Now, they will not allow me to continue to get the work that’s needed to be done at this lab bc I don’t want to ever step foot in moores office again!! I still to this date can not eat, my face is sunken in, have no feeling in my nose!! I am sick and tired of being patient with them and having to pay more money to still be with teeth that do not work to eat with!! Didn’t get anything I was promised, but an ongoing nightmare!!! After $11,000.00 dollars later, I still can not eat!!!
Dr. Chan has been our family Dentist for the past eight years. My Son is ten and has grown up in her office and I have never had a bad experience. The support staff and hygienists are professional, courteous and accommodating. I would never consider using another dentist office. Highly recommended!!!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Moore and Dr. Chan for all of our dental work for years. The office is friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. This family owned Buisness makes me feel more at home and I feel I have better work done than the quick stop corporate places that are popping up. I did stray and stop into one of these “lube shops for teeth” which is what made me appreciate the talent and professionalism here at Moore family dentistry.
I was nervous about going to the dentist to have my cracked tooth fixed and it had been awhile since my last visit to any dentist. However, I had the best experience at the dentist in my entire life. It is easy to say that Dr. Moore and his staff are professional, but just as important, they were friendly, understanding, and incredibly skilled. The care that I received there was exemplary and I felt comfortable the minute I sat in the chair. They are AMAZING! Thank you Dr. Moore and staff! Doug Z. :
Very clean establishment. Front desk says hello as soon as u walk in the door. There always on time with appointments. I’m not a fan of the dentist but while I was there. They made it very comfortable and were very understanding of my fear of the dentist. I never felt very much pain at any time. Always gave me options and we’re honest about what needed to be done. Overall great place to go if u need to get dental work done. I will be back when the time is needed
I’ve Been a patient since 2009. Great service. Friendly & professional. They recommended an excellent Invisalign orthodontist where I got my teeth straightened and now I’m getting an implant from Dr. Moore. I’m light years from where I began and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Great experience from scheduling until the end of the appointment! Dr. Chan and staff made it easy and comfortable. Not worried about going to the dentist anymore.
Please keep your kids away from Dr. Sandra Chan, as far away as possible. She ruined my son’s teeth by approving to move his teeth through Smile Direct Club. She never even examined my son, never took x-rays. She is obviously so incompetent in actually doing dentistry that she has to destroy peoples teeth by getting payments from Smile Direct Club. He had a tooth that has not come in yet that is now damaged after her prescribed plan. That is not a kind of doctor I would want ever touching my child.
I’m a vendor in the local area and have been working with Dr. Moore, Dr. Chan, and the dream team for a couple years. Working in the industry I have seen the good, bad, and ugly and I can tell you their staff is the most professional and comforting that I’ve worked with in the valley. If you’re looking for a dentist or second opinion you should definitely stop bye
