Mooresville Pediatric Dentistry

We had a great experience here! This was my nephew’s second visit. I just wanted to start by saying how great the dental assistant “Shannon” was with my nephew. He had just left the dr office and had three shots and just wasn’t feeling the dentist that day. This lady explained everything she was doing so that a three year old would understand. She was so personable, took her time with him, and was just overall great!

I started bringing my girls here a couple years ago. They see Dr. Valerio she is great! She is so kind and always seems to have a smile on her face. I like that the office gives you a choice of having your child’s cavities done with laser. They also have television that the kids can watch on the ceilings to help distract them with a movie. Everyone has always been nice and friendly to us.

I really enjoyed my 1st experience at Mooresville pediatric dentistry. The staff was nice. The nurse and dentist was very nice and patient with my 1year old son. This was his 1st appointment and he was being whiny but they made me feel comfortable and I was able to stay right there by his side while they did everything to him.

Our daughter was so nervous- last time we went to a dentist, she screamed her head off. We told Assistant Justine this before we started and she was amazing. Showed our daughter everything she was going to use and talked to her calmly. Dr. Kendride was super calming and fun, making it more like a game than anything scary. They were awesome and we will definitely be back!

They are ALWAYS friendly, timely, efficient, and encouraging. We drive over 45 mins passing other dentists for a reason! When we left my kids 10 & 9 said unsolicited, "I love coming here, they are like really awesome!" I said it is funny you said that, because I was thinking about changing and going to one closer to the house since it is so far...they both shouted NO! We love them, we cant change. Worth the drive! They get us in and out quickly and thoroughly!

My daughter is a little over 2 years old and this was her first dentist visit. She absolutely loved it and the staff were all super sweet and kind. We were in and out and they did such a great job cleaning her teeth! I’m happy that we decided on this dentistry for our babygirl !

Wonderful experience from the front desk, to the great assistants to the dentist! Very caring and child focused office- they put my son at ease over his extractions. He loved the tv on celing! I loved all the care and attention to detail given to us. Happy to be a patient here!

This would be our sixth year visiting this office, but we’re moving on. Every time we walk into this office, my daughter’s treatment plan changes. The Dr. Takes a three second look in her mouth and says, “Oh, did we talk to you about x,y, and z...??” Every. Single. Time. It seems there is always something he missed, or forgot to mention, or has changed his mind about... It’s gotten to the point that I don’t even trust the doctor’s recommendations any more. But I used to. Per their recommendations, I scheduled the follow ups and I swear each visit cost me $500 after insurance. Sometimes the costs changed on a whim, too. Like last time, they changed their mind about using the laser and ended up refunding me money I had already paid for that part of the visit. Today, I got a second bill for that SAME appointment. The office literally had every opportunity to charge me the correct amount due possible. Now here are, 2 months later, and they want more from me again. This office has lost my confidence and trust. Two things that are crucial when working with children.

Our son 2.5 yo is autistic so we were rightfully worried about this first visit, but all members of staff we encountered were nothing short of amazing! They were patient and gentle and helped me distract him. They made it a point to make this visit not traumatizing and they did a great job at it! We were in and out, which was good for me considering the circumstances. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for their autistic and non-ND children!

Couldn’t be happier with the level of service on every visit. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure our kids are comfortable and happy, their teeth are clean and healthy, and that we are informed and understand the care and procedures. Never thought I’d see young kids excited to go to appointments and asking to go back. Can’t recommend this office enough!
