Horrible customer service, so rude, so disrespectful for no reason. Such a shame cause I live in sierra crest and it's the gas station I always went to. I have never been treated so disrespectful as I was here.
My sister went to this place to check out her brakes Ken and David they go by this Name . Looked at her car told her the problem is front brake pad and leaking transmission oil.when I ask him on the phone if he checked the rear brake , he told me the front is the problem only. He is going to charge her $675 and only takes cash Not to pay taxes . We took the car to a different mechanic told us three is no problem Front brake only the rear drum need to replaced he charge us $230 and gave us a receipt the description of the work done. These two brother dishonest people ripping customers off. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN BY YOUR SELF.
The mechanic is great and honest. Prices are reasonable as well. Ill definitely take my car back for service.
