I would like to start off by saying Nick was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient. He was not trying to sell us like a cars sell men. He was caring about our comfort and listened to us in regards of our back pains from our bed that we previously purchased from their company. Nick, enlighten my wife and I on all of the different types of mattresses because we stressed the importance of having a great mattress. Nick, did not sell us on the most expensive bed but he gave us an option for our price ranger and comfort. He is awesome and I am glad that he was the one that helped us during our mattress journey. I highly recommend asking for Nick at Mor Furniture.
Elsa was a great sales associate, she made sure to get to know me and asked me about my living situation to see what would be convenient for our purchase. More sales associate should consider this in the future instead of just trying to “sell”.. she helped us find the perfect sectional that fit our lifestyle. We will most definitely be recommending friends and family to her.
Jimmy showed us great service as soon as we walked through the door. We had questions about sectionals and he was quick to help point us in the right direction. Kudos to Jimmy for the great customer service and help today. We are excited to get our new living room set soon!
Sandra is honestly the best. She was able to help us find exactly what we needed. We left the store extremely happy with our decision and her customer service is really just incredible. She made us feel so comfortable. Will definitely come back and ask for her whenever I have another purchase to be made.
We had a great experience with Nancy! She was knowledgeable and helpful throughout our entire visit. We purchased many items of furniture, and we received plenty of helpful information and loved everything we bought. Definitely recommend Nancy!
Helen is very professional, helpful, attentive, and very nice. We came into Mor, originally to purchase a new bedroom set and couch, she made sure we were comfortable, offered us snacks, and was really interested in making sure we were choosing exactly what we wanted. We were sold for sure, but we decided it wasn't the right time for these things. We did however return the next day to make a small purchase and asked for Helen to assist us since she was so great. Our sales assistant Elsa was amazing. Elsa took her time and showed us a variety of different bed frames, mattress, and chairs that fit the right style and need that we came in looking for. Elsa exceeded all of our expectations and provided superb service and most importantly got us an amazing deal.
Elsa, was amazing with helping me with my furniture journey today. Her customer service was outstanding and she was not pushy at all and allowed me to lead with what I was looking for. I would highly recommend you ask for Elsa to assist you with your furniture needs.
This has been the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. The person who help me was Jimmy and he was professional, generous, and supportive of my opinions. He did not try to up sell me anything and respected my time to allow me to shop around without any interruptions. I would recommend to ask for his service. I was fortunate enough to have him help me purchase my living room set. Highly recommend this location.
Sandra was super friendly and patient in accommodating us on finding the perfect furniture for my daughter. Greatly recommend mor furniture who had been our furniture store for more than a decade.
