For the one who is tired of looking like everyone else in the room, has always had that unique sense of style and would set a new standard of dress.
Whats in a name? (Mor Couture)
At first glance at my company name, MorCouture, one would logically think: 'Mor' (More), 'Couture' (High fashion). Although a great name for an apparel business the names origin is quite different than one might think. The 'Mor' of MorCouture stands for Ministers of reconciliation, a calling, a counseling ministry started some 15 years ago. A counseling ministry dedicated to healing marriages and individuals with Christ as the basis. The apparel business came some eight years after the ministry, fueled by a love and passion for fashion. My taste in clothing always seemed to take a unique path. The uniqueness that is MorCouture is reflected in the clothes you see on the site. Speaking of uniqueness, I firmly believe that God has a specific plan for all of us which is why we are all unique. I believe that being reconciled to Christ and reading his Word (the Bible) is the first step to finding and understanding your true purpose for being here. The bible states:
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the Ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation." 2Corinthians 5:17-19
