We have had the best experience with this company so far! Stacy and everyone really have been exceptional with communication, install, and follow up. We recently had an issue with our Murphy bed and someone came out within 24 hours to repair it. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a high quality bed and service.
My husband and I recently had two closet organizers installed from Wes Bishop and his team at More Space Place. We couldn't be happier with the results and the entire experience. Wes was very friendly, professional and prompt in explaining the process, coming out to take measurements, providing designs and then of course installing the systems. We now have a much more usable space in both closets and have already been passing the company's information to family and friends. Great service, reasonable pricing and excellent overall solutions. We absolutely love the the queen Murphy bed that we had installed for our 3rd bedroom. The design blends in so nicely with the rest of our word work. The guys that installed the bed were awesome and completled it in the time frame quoted. Our first guests gave it a thumbs up Didn’t want to get up in the morning! Wes was fantastic and professional to work with. He came out to see our space and gave us advice. We had to change our original plan of a closet bed into the bed we now have and we are so pleased! If you have a smaller room or space we definitely recommend a Murphy bed and have Wes with More Space in Mount Pleasant make it happen.
More Space Place and Wes Bishop were extremely professional to work with. There was great communication from the beginning. We outfitted 6 closets with appropriate shelving and rods. Wes was very attentive, measured each closet and provided color drawings. He offered great advice and cost saving solutions when needed. The installation went smoothly and he even took care of spraying a wasp nest. Very very pleased with the final result.
Our experiences with this company have been phenomenal. Wes is excellent to work with. We had our master closet re-done. We had other estimates that were more than double the price. We have a home that was built when all that you got were the wire racks in the closets. We had a lot of space without the ability to properly utilize it. Now, the closet is beautiful and we have more the double the amount of clothes, shoes in the space. Wes is a "top notch" small business owner". A gentlemen that takes pride in his work and determined to satisfy the customer any way he can. He methodically measured our closet, gave us several suggestions and then presented us with 3-D pictures of the design. He kept us updated on the progress of our order. The install team Joe and Hugh were efficient and very professional. We are so satisfied that we intend to have our Kitchen Pantry customized and probably the rest of our closets.
The team at More Space Place did an outstanding job for us. We asked for designs for a master closet, a kitchen pantry and a front coat closet. After interviewing two other companies, we knew immediately that Wes Bishop and his team were the right company to use. As an example, Wes offered an innovative design that actually provided additonal space in our front closet. Everything happened in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the results! It was a great decision to have Wes and his team organize our home!
I couldn't be more pleased with my Murphy Bed! Wes was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He explained all aspects of the bed I was looking for and offered me a variety of options. I was really impressed with the fact that he uses all his own installers to guarantee proper installation. Unfortunately, Wes found out on the day of installation that the materials were incorrectly labeled and what arrived was not what we had ordered ~ the manufacturer had made a mistake. Wes did everything he could to immediately contact other stores and successfully located the correct bed. He immediately rescheduled the installation for the very next day. Additionally, Wes personally stayed on the job the entire time to ensure that everything was done properly. This is a class operation from start to finish and I highly recommend Wes' Mount Pleasant Store to all those looking for a great looking and very sturdy wall bed and great customer service! It was a pleasure doing business with Wes!!
We can't say enough good things about Wes Bishop and his team at the More Space Place. After initially reaching out to help re-design a dysfunctional master closet, we also had them install a free-standing wardrobe in our bedroom. The process from consult to install was seamless, and we are thrilled with the results! Wes is a true professional, and I would recommend the More Space Place without hesitation.
Wes and his team designed and installed closets for me last week and I am so pleased! I used him after a referral from a neighbor, and so glad I did. Wes and his team were extremely polite and professional; easy to work with from beginning to end. Also, Wes solved a few design problems for me and created a real solution for my closet needs. The company was responsive, clearly communicated timelines and did exactly what they said they would! I thought the pricing was very reasonable, especially for the turn key service I received. I needed an easy solution and Wes and his team delivered. I am so glad I did not try to do that myself, or I'd still be measuring and trying to sketch it out. Instead, I had professional drawings that helped me visualize the final product and clothes are hanging in the new closet! High marks for Wes and his team!
We love the Murphy bed we purchased, great quality and looks like a bookcase, giving us extra built in storage that we wanted, along with a queen size bed. Wes and More Space Place provide great customer service and exceeded our expectations! We were unsure if the Murphy bed would fit our space and Wes came to the house to measure the space immediately. We were also kept informed with realistic installations dates and were pleasantly surprised when the installation was completed a week ahead of when we thought the bed would be delivered.
