My husband and I were given the run around while trying to get a home here. The "lady" in the front office took my application without asking for identification or proof of income. We met ALL qualifications and were not approved by the owner whom she stated does the application processing. I, kindly, asked for the owner's information and she refused, stating that he would not speak with me. I honestly believe that she knew that she didn't want us living there when I turned in the application, for obvious reasons if you get my drift. Anywho, after a county records search, I found that RICK D. HENDERSON is the owner and he also owns APPLE TREE SERVICE, which also has bad reviews. Thanks for actually doing us a favor, as I would hate to live around and give my money to incompetent and prejudiced bigots, anyways. Thanks.

Never returns calls on Applications, waits for them to phase out passed 30 days, so potential applicants have to reapply again and again before hearing anything back. The ole "Run around" Extremely unprofessional. Don't make it your last option for housing because they are very "choosy" though the units are mostly run down and poorly managed.

Really I give them no stars but I had to pick one! I applied, I over qualify, all to be turned down with no explanation. They never called any of my references to verify anything, when I called I got the maintenance man. Then I call today and I was told the owner handles applications and I asked to speak to him for some kind of reasoning to why I was denied and was told verbatim “he doesn’t speaks to anyone” if this is how you conduct business I thank God you denied me! I gave this place a shot despite negative reviews and I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere!

This is where I live. Jeff, the manager/maintenance is a good person, and he makes sure this is a safe place to live! Landscape is always clean and well maintained.

I have lived in Morgan Meadows for 2.5 years since March 2013. Everything was fine under the Landlady Ms. Jean, but she passed away this winter. In June, my refrigerator went out and I submitted a maint. request on June 18th. It's now October 8th, and I still do not have a refrigerator. They had the audacity to submit a bill for cutting my lawn $50 when I still don't have a working fridge. When I complained to the temp landlady, rather than apologize or give a logical explanation about my fridge, she told me that my complaint would be accepted as a notice to vacate. I had no intention of leaving, but only wanted working appliances as my lease stated they would be maintained by the property. Seriously, choose anywhere else in the world to rent from until they get new management.

Went to check out a few trailers before moving in a few months. Dude at the front office was exceptionally RUDE. they also make you fill out an application and get accepted before even viewing a home. Very scammy.

My son lives here he has no problem getting in.and my daughter also lived there when she moved out she got as all of her deposit back

Only have been there 2 times and both after sunset but it's quite, seems clean and the neighbors look out for each other.

Quiet mobile home park neatly kept grounds and with ample lot size.
