This was the first time I came here. Everyone was so nice. The dentist made me feel so comfortable, he made me understand what he would do to fix my tooth. I just have to call to set up my appointment. If you need a new dentist try morning side out .They were wonderful.
I’m going to start off by saying that I would have given a five star review based on my previous appointment and all the people that I interacted with. However, the dentist that I got today was not the one that I saw on my check up, which is who I was expecting. He seemed very nice. But today I had a different dentist. Although I’m sure he’s a very nice person, but he did not take the time to introduce himself to me. He did not ask me how I was feeling. He just went straight to work. I’m sure he did a great job, and he was very fast. But I think since it was our first interaction together. , That he should’ve taken the few seconds to get to know me. Everyone else was very nice and polite.
Office waited till I was sitting in the dental chair during my appointment you let me know my estimated bill would go up 20%. Doctor followed up via phone and ended the conversation with telling me I guess I need to go elsewhere. Professionalism is an issue at this location. I was excited to have a new dentist that cared and now I’m back to searching again
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of customer service provided at Morningside. And my review is solely based on that. My actual dental appointment was fine, and the dentist was great. I requested my dental records back in November of 2022. They asked that I sign a release which I signed and returned over email. Unfortunately, I never heard from them after that. I call again March 2023, and I'm told I had to sign a release again. I explained how I already signed one and returned it. Even had the receipts to show. So, it takes a minute but she ends up finding it in their emails. Not sure why checking if you had it wasn't't the first step though? She states she'll send them within a few hours, which is totally understandable. It's a dental office, they're busy with patients. So, now it's near the end of the day, and near closing, and I call again and explain I still haven't received my records. She says she'll send shortly and I was like alright that's fine. I receive the email, content I finally received my records, only to find out that the records sent were not even mine! They were of another patient! HIPPA violation? Any way, I call concerned about the email I received, and of course no answer but I left a message. And you guessed it, no one has returned my call. : If anyone from the office is reading this and would like more information about the experience I had, feel free to call me. For prospective patients, I'll let you be the judge and do what you will with this info.
I previously had a very traumatic and painful experience at the dentist but this time was a piece of cake. The doctor was nice and checked on me as we went along. The dental assistant was nix and all the staff were polite. This will be my local dentist as i stay in the area
Thank you Dr. Hussain, and staff for seeing me for an emergency appointment. I called the office and was told to come in right away and as always the staff was very kind, friendly, and Dr. Hussain was able to provide excellent dental care.
My daughter was taken here for a second opinion. I am very happy we decided to get a second opinion because our original plan of action with another dentist would of been a waste of money. Not to mention the other place was trying to rip me off. The staff and doctors were extremely nice. My daughter got great care and I paid a way more reasonable price. I now take all 3 of my kids here and they are great. They are always super accommodating. The doctors are fantastic, especially with my youngest who's 11. The staff is always very friendly and the office is very clean. Highly recommend!
First visits were great. But then found I was over charged for that visit which then covered the next 2 visits total costs. They want to add extra services which may not be required. A family member also went for 2 visits and during the last one the dentist chipped one of the teeth and wanted to charge to repair his mistake. Questionable practice in my opinion.
Quick service and will answer any concerns with great detail. Love the staff very nice!!
The people that work there are super sweet and very gentle! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else but here! Truly amazing! I have really bad anxiety whenever I go to the dentist. The first time I went here about a year ago I told them about my anxiety and everyone was so nice and caring. They really took the time to get to know me and talk to me. I asked if they could tell me what they will be doing before they do it so I don’t get so anxious. They took great care of me and made sure they kept me comfortable at all times. I went today and had a wonderful experience, the lady that did my cleaning, the dentist, and the girl at the reception desk were all so kind and very helpful. I will always be coming here and recommending you guys, the staff is absolutely amazing!!! :
