I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and bought alot of vehicles. but to say my experience was a thing less then perfect at morries luxury would be an understatement. From their new car brands they carry Aston Martin, Bentley, and Maserati and some of the most amazing curated preowned cars in any price point. I needed a cool unique vehicle for my job and a certain payment goal in mind. Srey and Riley on the sales staff went above and beyond to find me my perfect Land Rover, and the finance managers Nadia and Brandon made the whole process quick and easy. Drove my new to me car off the lot and took it a road trip to Texas couldn’t be happier. The facilities, staff and experience is the best in Minnesota 10/10

Amazing buying experience! They worked efficiently and effectively to get me the best rate, and had everything organized so I could pop in and sign all documents and be out the door with my vehicle in under 15 minutes. So impressed! They ultimately honored what I was trying to accomplish, and respected my time in doing so.
Super friendly employees! There is a known stigma in the US about car dealerships and car salesman, which was not felt at all at this location. It was a very comfortable process, and oddly enough I don't have any buyers remorse either : I worked with Benjamin as I looked around for a new car for my husband and I. We had an issue with our Continental GT going from Burbank CA to Michigan and had to re-route to Minneapolis as it was the closest dealer. Dan Kane, the service manager, went out of his way to squeeze us in, sorted out the issue with our tires shredding, aligned us, checked it all out and got us back on the road. It was a pleasure to deal with him, and all his crew, and the level of service and integrity was only matched by his willing attitude and desire to do the best he could, for us out of towners… It is rare to meet such individuals nowadays, if your wife or husband ever have a few spare dollars to treat you, you could not do any better than to deal with Dans company…. Thanks Dan, and your breakfast recommendation was stellar!!

Morries luxury auto seems continually understaffed and disorganized. I made an appointment for 8:30 in the morning to have routine service. In order to get a loaner, I have to contact the sales department. I didn’t do so, because this service is only supposed to take a couple of hours. I didn’t get my car back until 6 pm that evening. I understand there is only one AM tech, but they should still be able to schedule appropriately. The Porsche and Volvo service departments are far superior. This is the third time I have had to use the service department, and each time it is delays and disorganization. I would have gotten another Porsche had I understood what a hassle the service department is. I recommend going elsewhere unless you have infinite time and patience.
What s great experience! I'm an older single female and I felt at ease .I worked with Rich and I gave him A+++++ informative, kind and explained everything . Also Nadia, and the manager were great to work with also. I great a deal and very happy with my vehicle. Thanks morries you'll see me again
This is the first auto dealership I've been to in a long whie where I didn't feel like I had to be on defense from salesy strategy. Instead, I felt warmly welcomed and free to wander around yet had the availability of employees to answer questions I sat with Ben B who was SUCH a nice guy! Great person to work with and really knows how to understand my needs, therefor help make the best decision on a car that is best for me. I'll be recommending my family to come see Ben when its their time to get a new car :
The customer care and sales team are top notch. In particular, Joshua Duran is an extremely helpful, persuasive and first class salesperson. It is clear that his people skills and attention to what the customer needs are sincere and he goes to great lengths to ensure the customer is satisfied.
