Purchased and hired this company to install a Generac for my home.  Our initial appointment was set and then they pushed back for their convenience.  Never talked to the same person twice.  Personally went to the office with a check that was not supposed to be cashed until the generator was on site and to set up our install.  Cashed the check immediately.  We scheduled our install for a certain date and then received a call a day before the install to find out it was never scheduled.  After I became extremely ugly, they agreed to keep the original appointment.  After the install was complete I was left with this, see photo of the unprofessional hole in my wall.  This wall is in an actual room and not in a closet.  I don't understand how they have such a high rating with this type of work.

Great service very nice employees. But one is just better then the rest. William is amazing and knows his stuff. I think Will deserves a raise.

Best company ever they keep my generator up to date serviced everything they have done for me has never went bad or broke good people
