Morris Point Resort

Went to the Saturday Fish Fry. And all I can say is YUM if in the area you must go. $25 all you can eat. Walleye was cooked to perfection along with potatoes,beans,coleslaw,roll & bacon. It's was a great meal. All eaten outside on a beautiful summer day. Did not stay at the resort - camping near by.

Was not apart of the group that reviewed last, but I did over see the the "Conflict" while I stopped in for a drink after a long day on the ice. While the group was in the wrong and one of the individuals did get water out of the tap from behind empty bar they were sitting and playing pool by. The bar owner acted completely unprofessional. He acted in a manner to which he was trying to show that he was the "big man" in the house. He instantly came up cussing and threatening the group. To the point where his wife was embarrassed and tried to separate him from the situation. I will personally never go back just based off this experience.

I have never been to a resort with such terrible ownership as this one currently has. Use to love this place until this owner took over. He has no respect for his customers or ability to deal with confrontation. This makes the environment uncomfortable. Which doesn't suprise me when he spends the whole day sitting at the bar drinking. To add to it the Cabins are outdated and falling apart, for the price you pay your better off to find a different resort to stay at.

Take the negative reviews and throw them in the trash. My friends and I just spent 4 days ice fishing at Morris Point and had a great time despite the fishing being slow. Which is uncontrollable by every resort out there. We were well taken care of. The cabin was warm, super clean and comfortable. The owners and staff were very friendly and did everything to make our visit as great as possible. The restaurant/bar is inviting and clean. Bar tenders are FRIENDLY, fast with your orders and the food tastes great. Ricky and Ryan do all they can to get you on fish. You wont go wrong booking a trip with Morris Point, we WILL BE GONG BACK!

Great visit till last day, money is more important than anything to them, hope that little over 200 dollars that you kept keeps you in business. It was supposed to go to our guide not you.Rooms: 5/5

Incredible restaurant with beautiful view of the lake. Great food at great prices.

Had a GREAT time visiting this resort over the weekend. Rickey,Dawn,Ryan and Jeremy go out of their way to make sure you have/need anything for your stay. We'll definitely be coming back next winter and plan on making it a yearly trip. Thank you

As far as the last review from Christopher Adams that said Morris does not care about tourists, sad. Christopher Adams and the people with him came in early and started drinking. They came back in the evening and were obnoxious and very rude to the bartender. People in the dining room were complaining about these people because they were trying to enjoy there dinner and Christopher and his company were swearing loudly and trying to start a fight. So, it is false to say that the new owners do not like tourists. They are very nice and like meeting new people. Dawn
