Have done business with them for about 15 years and have been very disappointed with the quality of customer service in the last 2 years. Last year my taxes didn't get filed because they did not tell me that they closed at noon and and did not get to pay so they did not file my taxes. Could not get ahold of them in the off season. So this year when we went in they were very rude and could not find my last year's file and I was told that they did not have time to look for it. Never received a phone call last year from them to set up a time to take care of it so my taxes could get filed. The rudeness that I experienced today was beyond unprofessional and I will NOT ever be doing business with them again.
I have used them both for my personal and LLC taxes for close to 10 years now. All I do is scan in my documents and email them. They are quick to respond both when taxes are done and if they have questions. My taxes are done within a few days and I have 100% trust in them!
Have been using them for years and never had any problems...very nice friendly ladies.Will only use them! Quick and professional ALWAYS.
