Great spot for cold water! 68 degrees year round! Bring your snacks, floats, and chairs and make a day of it. We brought our water scooters and masks as well and had a blast! The restroom facilities are closed and there are Port O' Pots. We saw people/kids that were definitely struggling with it. Feels like is 103 and the pots were over 3/4 full on a Tuesday There are working showers on the front of the restroom that were helpful, quite a few people asked me where to change clothes...Room for improvements but we didn't have to pay a penny to be there so it is what it is I suppose
Went to this spring on a Saturday, which I would probably not recommend as it was crazy busy and not very easy to swim and get around. The water was refreshing but there was a pee smell in the air, idk if it's from all the people there or if the water just stinks. The view was stunning! There was also a few rope swings which were really cool to watch others do it
Super fun natural spring area with very clear water. The water is icy cold at 64 degrees. There are two platforms you can swim out to, and you can jump off one of them. You can walk down to another floating dock and jump off of that one. There is one rope swing that you can climb up, but it is difficult to get to. There is plenty of room to kayak, paddleboard, etc, but you have to bring your own. There is one pavilion with 6-8 picnic tables for use. There are no working restrooms, but there are port-o-lets for use. I'd suggest bringing a picnic lunch and drinks along with noodles and rafts for floating. Bring some music to listen to as well. Also, you may want to wear water socks or Keens as this is a natural spring, and there are tree roots and rocks you have to walk on.
Absolutely stunning. Don't go after heavy rains. Can turn completely brown with no clear visibility. Try going during the week and early mornings to miss the crowds.
It's really a beautiful place. The water is so clear and it is kinda of big once you get past the front. The bathrooms were closed when we went so that wasn't fun. It is a very popular and crowed place but super cool to go and have the experience! And it says no pets but I seen a few people with their dogs. Just saying
This place is freaking amazing I can't believe I've never been here before. It is a hidden treasure. We arrived right at 8 a.m. no one was there got front-row location to the water but it did fill up rather quickly with people the water was crystal clear but freezing 68°but once it gets hot it is very refreshing. Great for snorkeling scuba diving and everybody.
I've never seen a spring so clear. What an incredible experience! I didn't want to get out of the water. Bring some snorkel gear
The water is clear and very blue. A great place to swim. It was a bit on the cold side, you get used to it though. Restrooms: Does have restrooms. Dog-friendliness: No dogs are allowed at the swimming area. Picnic area: There are tables for picnics
Beautiful to visit, best to come early since there is limited parking. I suggest bringing floats, paddle boards, or kayaks. The scenery is beautiful to explore. Also, bring your drinks and food to enjoy the day. Restrooms: Currently only porta potties.
Some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen. Go early to get ahead of crowds and other dive groups. We got there around 8am and were the first in the water. Cool underwater cavern for scuba divers to explore and plenty of fish and turtles in the shallows. Bring a wetsuit and mask!
