Morristown Family Dentistry

I've been terrified of the dentist since I was little but Dr Walt and his staff have always been so kind and patient with me. Everything is always explained before being done. I've had nothing but a great experience with this office. Dr Walt definitely cares about oral health and I trust his expertise. I have state insurance and altho he doesn't take it I will pay out of pocket for his services so that right there speaks of the confidence I have in him and his staff.

I always have a wonderful experience at Morristown Family Dentistry. Emily is the best dental hygienist! She takes her time and makes sure that you have a thorough cleaning. Dr. Walt educates you on the best ways to keep your teeth and mouth healthy. Everyone at this office is so friendly and kind. It is a comfortable environment and I always look forward to my appointments.

Was very happy with office and treatment, until they dropped me as a patient for missing my last appointment due to testing positive for covid. Had been to all my other appointments within the last 14 months. Now have a dental emergency and no dentist, and wasn't given any knowledge or written notice of the dismissal until I called to schedule an appointment. Still think Dr. Walt is good dentist, things do happen in life that can't be prevented.

Extremely clean office. Very knowledgeable dentist and staff ! Emily is awesome ! She cleans my teeth better than any other hygienist ever has! Dr. Walt really knows his stuff and actually convinced me to have a certain procedure done that a lot of other dentist tried to get me to do but failed at getting me to! I just trust them at Morristown Family Dentistry 100%! 10/10 Highly recommend this office to anyone that needs a good dentist office !

I'll say I had always had a good experience with Dr Walt. He seen my entire family including my youngest since he was 2. Now, however, I had a basic visit and cleaning scheduled for myself and my 2 children whom are now 8 & 3 years old for over two months. Two months it has been scheduled. They call me Thursday before our scheduled Monday appointment also the week of Thanksgiving so good luck getting in anywhere else this year to inform me that now Dr Walt will no longer see children under 9 years of age. Nevermind he's seen my oldest several times or that they just realized this days before the appointment even though ages weree stated at time of booking said appointment. It is poor management poor costumer service, and overall just bad manners.

I had a wonderful experience having my teeth cleaned and examined. Emily, the hygienist, was very thorough and efficient. She took the time to explain what she was checking for as she cleaned my teeth. The office itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the staff was friendly. When I was filling out my paperwork in the reception area I overheard a patient bubbling over with joy about how happy she was with her dental work...that was definitely a positive first impression. Dr. Walt was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my exam and 100% would recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr. Stinson and the staff are so patient with my anxiety! We've always gotten outstanding care. Highest recommendations!!!

I have been going to Dr. Walt for years. My hygienist, Becky, is incredible. The staff is friendly, they are efficient and thorough. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I just had to come on here and give my honest opinion on the excellent customer service I got. The office was clean, the staff were accommodating, my appointment was on time on schedule. The office manager made sure that everything went smoothly, extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much and I cannot wait for my next visit for my cleaning.

Wonderful friendly staff. Dr. Walt is very thorough and explains everything with your dental care. Emily, who is the dental hygienist, is also the best. He and his staff are very professional and caring. Top notch. Highly recommend for all dental needs.
