I’ve been in the helping people business virtually since I graduated high school back in 1992 because I was always intrigued with the Real Estate Business I took a college Real Estate Course, after purchasing my first home I got an opportunity to start in the mortgage business back in 2002 and I've been doing home loans ever since. I have owned 2 homes myself and have also invested in rental property, because of this. I have increased firsthand knowledge with the process from a consumer prospective point of view and I can take you through the rifinancing or home purchase process and make it as simple and easy for you as possible. I have extended knowledge of guide lines, which enables me to provide Pre-Approvals in 30 minutes or less, being a Direct Lender allows me to deliver competitive rates and often close Home Loans in 2-3 Weeks. I have found being efficient, keeping home owners updated with their loan process and specially delivering on what is discussed keeps borrowers satisfied and gives peace of mind to refer their friends and family. I answer the phone 90% of the time and I return voice mail messages and emails promptly every time.
