Carol helped us with a new construction home purchase. This process was an emotional roller coaster at times. Carol was there every step of the way. She always took the time to explain things in detail. Thai was a learning experience to say the least. She was easy to work with and got to know her personally to some degree. Will not hesitate to recommend others to her.

Carol Iocco was just the person I needed. I haven't bought many houses so when I decided to move I was so fortunate to have Carol at my side. She was patient, understanding and didn't mind going over information a second time with me. Her energy and "Can Do" attitude was infectious!

This was the hardest process of our lives but she stuck with us and we got the house. Dart appraisal who did our appraisal was horrid and awful and cost us thousands of dollars, dart appraisal is an awful company with even worse people working for them...we do love Carol though and Geneva financial was pretty good too

It was a pleasure to work with Carol and Geneva Financial for the financing of my new home.  Carol made everything easy to accomplish.  If in the future I purchase another house, I will certainly ask Carol to work the financing for me.  I would recommend.

My experience with Geneva financial was probably the best experience I had purchasing a  home and this is my 4 home purchase.  Carol was a rock star from getting me my pre-approval letter until my close.  I would rate them 11 out of 10 and recommended them to anyone who is purchasing a home.
