Ryan was amazing throughout the whole process. He found things others I applied with had missed that help make the purchase possible. He was always on top of things, quick to respond, gave great advice, and never gave me more to tackle than what I could handle. Step by step, he kept my husband and I in the loop and was always patient with us when we asked a question again. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and recommend him to everyone!
As a first time home buyer, Dennis and his team made this overwhelming experience an overall great one. Everything was electronic, and I could look over all the paperwork on my own time after work on my pc, where I could electronically sign. The team explained everything and answered any questions I had. The most valuable fact though, was that they didn't determine my credit worthiness solely on my credit score. As a Dave Ramsey follower, I purposely don't carry any debt. And a credit score is simply an 'I love debt' score. I was happy to find a local bank that would do a manual underwriting to determine my financial standing. Thank you all so much for making this a smooth transition from renter to homeowner!

Tracy went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way. She answered my *many* questions quickly and was always concise and straightforward. It took us a few months to find our home and Tracy never made is feel rushed or dismissed. She was kind and patient– I truly enjoyed working with her.
This was my first time buying a home & TJ made the process very easy to understand & walked me through all of the steps. He consistently called me to check in & was quick to follow up with any questions I had. I can't thank TJ enough for the excellent customer service he provided, he is a true professional!
