This laundrymat is perfection! Recommended by a camper at Kentuckiana, we had no idea how great it was until we arrived. Clean bright and beautiful. LOTS of positives including a very friendly person to help you, tables or couches to sit at with free wi-fi and power, a well appropriated vending/drink machine, Keurig coffee, laundry card so you can use you credit/debit card no more quarters!, TVs, all sizes of washers, and all for a great price! Would love to give 10 stars!
Extremely clean place. The machines operate on a card so you don't need to bring rolls of quarters! All the machines work really well.
We came in to do our laundry on 3/12/23. Customers were very upset to see no attendant. We have came to this laundromat for over a year. Customers were needing help trying to get a new laundry card they asked us and we helped. Customers were trying to drop off laundry and there was no staff to help. A customer soda was stuck in the vending machine and 2 other customers put money in trying to get the soda out. Your laundromat used to be fully staffed but now you have new management who locks the door closes to Jefferson around 6:00 pm and who does not care if you’re laundromat is staffed or not. You need to staff your laundromat with your excellent employees that worked here before this new management took over. Customers said they will go elsewhere if this continues.
Clean place but bring your bank book too expensive 40 cents to dry for 5 minutes $3.10 to wash and the big washer $10 easy fifty dollars to wash won't be back
Under new ownership, the facilities have been remodeled and are quite impressive. The put in new floors, newly-mounted flat screen televisions, new coffee station, and new folding tables with convenient hanging bars. I really like the card system instead of the old quarter machines. There is a large range of sizes for the washers and they are typically all in great working order. Very comfortable and clean place to spend time in when duty calls and laundry needs done.
Best laundromat ever! There is always an attendant working. She wiped out my washers and helped me load up the car when I was finished. Enjoy the people I meet in there.
Super Suds always improves service, and upgrades machines for High Quality and Sanitized Cleaning. From Standard Load Washer and Dryers, to 75 Pound Washers and Dryers, Super Suds has enough machines to meet demand. There is always Staff on Duty to assist, and provide amenities needed such as Soap, Softener, and Dryer Sheets. They also have a drop off and hassle free Laundry Service.
Had to come here due to dryer issue so not familiar with place. Very clean, including the restroom. Very large with many machines. The attendant, Michelle, was wonderful in every way possible! She was not only efficient and extremely helpful but a ray of sunshine as well! Made the job so much easier than anticipated. Thanks so much, Michelle.
This place is very clean and fairly priced. You're able to use your debit card or cash to place money on a Super Suds card they provide which I found to be very convenient. Free WiFi is provided as well. One of the biggest perks is that everyone I've gone it's never overly crowded. I haven't had issues with a machine not being available or seeing 10 "Out of Order" signs. Not to mention they have a convenient coffee bar and cable tv.
I'm highly impressed with this laundromat. Bright lightening, clean, attendant on duty, plenty of machines and parking. My town has four to choose from but they're all terrible so it was definitely worth the drive to check this one out.
