Do I even have to say anything. This quality at Morton’s is like a well oiled machine! Food is stellar and always on spot. The manager Johnathan and his servers were absolutely perfect. I’ve been a customer for 10plus years and meltable locations. They are my go to for fine steakhouses.I recommend you enjoy a night out and be hungry. Hah!
Food was great as always. Staff was struggling, they also mentioned that they were understaffed due to management giving too many peiple the 4th of july off.Food: 5/5
I came last night for my sister birthday we were the last reservation so I was expecting our food to be rushed and the server to be irritated with us but it was the opposite. The food came out all together hot and delicious no complaints at all no words were even spoken during dinner it was so good the best customer service at the last minute I highly recommend for special occasions or just for a good meal. I had the lobster ravioli it was amazing and hats off to the bar tender. I only give this 4 stars because the first host wouldn’t seat us at first because there was only 2 of us. But the younger host sat us with no problem as we waited for the rest of the group to arrive. The rating should really be 4.5
The food was deliciousthe Chateaubriand was perfectly cooked, and our server was good. The only complaint was that it was super hot. Uncomfortably so. I couldn't have the celebratory drink I wanted because I would've started sweating too bad. Also the crowd was "interesting" to say the least. Also I saw people that were innapopriately dressed and bringing drinks in from the casino. So food and service great, but the public not so much
The food was pretty good. I'll be trying something other than a filet mignon next time. I think it would've been worth the little extra cost. Nice upscale restaurant, just wish it wasn't in the casino which wreaks of cigarette smoke. They treat you and your date like kings. Portions are small, other than ordering your steak size You're paying for the presentation and taste experience. They give you a nice photo to remember the occasion by.
My husband brought me here for Mother's Day. I love this place. The steak was great and the Mother's Day cocktail was impressive.Food: 5/5
Excellent Filet Mignon, cooked perfectly!! I guess that's why you go to Morton's. Ate @ the bar. Bartender and service was good. Lobster Ravioli appetizer was also excellent, fresh asparagus, plenty of lobster chunks & sauce! Oscar style filet was weird. Lots of lump Crab meat, but sauce blended with juices from steak & asparagus was wrong end of spears, too thick. Didn't love the sour cream mashed potatoes either, needed both more sour cream and butter seemed dry- I just put it in the sauce from the steak. $175 dinner for 1 incl tip was EXPENSIVE & I asked about the 11% tax- told it's high St Louis taxes. People complain about the smoke smell from the casino- I did not find any smell in the restaurant whatsoever. Atmosphere was nice. Great steak you can cut with a knife. Win some $ @ casino, & treat yourself.
One of the best steakhouses around. Drinks were great. Old Fashions with Angels Envy!. Oysters were fantastic. My steak was cooked perfectly. 7oz filet. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Came in for family dinner at the Morton's St. Louis 8/12/23 around 8pm. We were seated by a hostess and told our server was "Nadia". We waited almost 20 minutes no one was paying any attention. No menu was given to us. No water was poured for us. Didn't even see the waitress who supposedly wait on us. Very very bad customer service. We walked out from this restaurant and let the manager on duty know why I am leaving. One star only because I have to give. Go here if you would like to be treated like an invisible person. For the food, I don't know because I never got to see and taste.
My experience at this location was horrible. A reservation was booked and on arrival the table was not ready. We waited an additional 2 hours before getting seated at a table that still did not accommodate everyone or my wishes. It took a while after sitting at the table to order drinks and food. Reservations was a 7p my group did not leave until almost 1130. This was ridiculous. I have been to many other steakhouses Annie Guns, Flemings, 801 chop house, twisted tree, capitol grille etc and this by far was the worst one. I will never return back. The drinks was good. The atmosphere and the service was horrible. It's in a casino so it was smoky and the lady when I first showed up kept trying to send me to a room with a completely different reservation group. This was embracing and a horrible experience. Go at your own risk, but there is definitely better choices out there!
