Our first time at this location. We decided to sit at the bar because it wasn't too crowded. The server behind the bar was kind and attentive. I can't remember his name, but he was on point with the dirty Martinis. We decided on the burgers, oysters, and French onion soup. The French onion was really good with lots of flavor. Not salty, prepared to perfection. My guy loved oysters but I tried one, and they were pretty good. Not fishy to taste. They were just right! Let's talk burgers... They were juicy and delicious and we paired the burgers with truffle fries, and damn they were good. We'll def be back for me.
Great atmosphere with ambience lighting. If you wear glasses you will need them to read the menu being lighting is dim. Our server Aaron was great. He was nice, charming and attentive. The manager even came over and asked how were things and picked up empty plates. As for the food/drinks. The drinks and dessert were our favorite. The steak wasn’t anything special for a steak house and the crab cake, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were good. Nothing that screams come back.
This location has outstanding customer service. The Manager called ahead to get the correct spelling for my moms name for her birthday and even printed it on the menu. That special touch was impressive. Ashley provided terrific and extremely attentive service and made the entire experience just amazing. Thank you!! Highly recommend this location
This used to be my favorite place for a delicious steak. Quality of food has gone down. The potatoes au gratin were dry and looked like they had been sitting out for a few hours. I've always loved them for their creaminess, which this time they were not. The steak was rare, not medium rare, which I ordered. The sauce for the Oscar style had a different taste than what I remembered, less flavorful. It also had an insane amount of asparagus which I told the waiter I didn't like and a small amount of crab. Service was a 2/5, and food was around the same. It's time to find another steakhouse
Service was great. All waiters that took care of us were cordial and attentive. The steak was perfectly cooked and extremely tender. We also ordered a fish which was also perfectly cooked and seasoned. We ordered Brussel sprouts as a side and it also tasted great. Will definitely be going back.
Came straight from ORD late. All I wanted was a good steak and to call it a night - I was alone in a business trip. I was welcomed, seated at my preference, and even received a courtesy side for my steak as I had not ordered a side. I’m really grateful for the service and food, do stop by if you’re hungry and able to make it to Morton’s.
We went for my birthday and it was more than worth it. I've had really good steak, but this was next level. The service was not just excellent, but treated us like old friends. And the atmosphere had a relaxed, but upscale feel. There are places that cost the same per meal, but they don't come close to the quality, atmosphere, and service of Morton's. Kid-friendliness: We saw a couple of families there. It's not traditionally a "kid place," but we could see the kids really enjoyed themselves.
Ordered gluten free menu items, very well received by my stomach, thank you very much. Ordered scallops in bacon, mashed potatoes, lobster tail, and creme Brule for dessert. The service was friendly, patient and accommodating. Loved it! Kid-friendliness: We came with quite a few kids, and staff was super patient with the noise. Much appreciated Dietary restrictions: Full menu for gf restrictions, very delicious.
Incredible atmosphere and food. We went to Morton's last night. We had the bone in Ribeye, the Waygu, the fillet mignon, oysters, baked potatoes and lobster mash potatoes. Dessert with the house specialty lava cake. The bone in Ribeye was perfect. We had blue cheese on it. It's done perfectly to exact temperature asked. Fillet mignon was perfect as well. Waygu a la Oscar Rare.... Not great. It came medium, yet the foie gras rare to the point it's not edible. Though I asked them cook it once more, still not edible. I get Foie gras every chance I get and this is a poor experience. The Oscar topping wasn't good. The crab meat isn't seasoned into the sauce. Raw Oysters are great. I recommend that. And as well with the lobster Mac and cheese and baked potato.
How can you go wrong? Excellent food, great service, wonderful atmosphere. It's a classic steakhouse that delivers every time.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
