About the Chef
I've had a passion for cooking ever since I can remember, perhaps it's the fond memories of sitting on the porch snapping beans and listening to stories with my beloved grandmother. Or the Laotian couple I was lucky enough to meet that opened a whole new world of flavors to me as a young teenager.
Over the years I have been blessed with being surrounded by some amazing cooks from all skill levels and cuisines. These life experiences shine through in my style and per a friend's suggestion the word mosaic had to be part of our business name!
Whether it be French comfort food, down home Southern cooking, or a complex 5 course Indian meal I am here to create something special and unique for each individual client.
In addition to being Serv-Safe and USDA Certified I am currently working towards my Nutritionist Degree as well.
