Dana is amazing! I have quickly fallen in love with the staff at Moseley's. They are professional, courteous & very knowledgeable. They offer excellent customer service. During my first visit I met John Moseley. I instantly felt like I had known him my entire life. I was nervous & apprehensive about what I needed to have done & he made me feel totally at home. No question seemed unreasonable for me to ask. Since dealing with a John I have met Dana. She has assisted me several times. She shows a lot of initiative and her determination to offer the best service ever is an asset to Moseley's. She sets a standard others would be wise to Imitate. Went in to have my husbands wedding band resized and John Moseley was there to help us! Everything about our experience was fantastic! The customer service was prompt, friendly, and personable! John even offered to clean both of my bands while we were there! Overall would highly recommend this jeweler and we will definitely be back for our next cleaning or jewelry services!
Excellent business. I had my now fiance find a ring she loved. She ended up finding one at another store, but the price was way out of my budget. I came back to Mosley's to see what they could do and they custom made me the exact same ring that she originally found, with cleaner diamonds and some custom personal enhancements. The price was unbelievable. I got a brand new ring made to my liking. They show you exactly what the ring will look like through their virtual program, and allow you to make adjustments right in front of you. You get to see the ring before its ever made, so you can change everything to the way you want it all the while sticking to your budget. Why the hell would you not come here? The best part is that her ring is now listed in their book under her name so its the only one of its kind. Cant beat that, she loves it! The Mosley brothers are the nicest guys you will ever meet! I will definitely be back in there to buy her other jewelry!
I bought my wife’s wedding ring here 12 years ago. We both are very please and satisfied with the ring. It is the perfect symbol to last a lifetime like the love we share! If you do happen to have any defects within your rings or jewelry they have been very through to fix and make it right. We could not be more satisfied with all of our purchases from Mosley’s. My family is a second generation customer and could not be more pleased with Mr. John Mosley and all his staff!
Dana was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find the right setting for my grandmother's diamonds. She even worked with John to make sure the wedding band I wanted could be made to fit. Karen called and let me know my ring was ready...4 days early! She was so sweet with helping me finalize. Mosley's is THE PLACE to go! Great customer service and superb quality.
Went to Moseley's in Lexington, SC to have a watch battery replaced in my watch. The employees were very helpful and quickly replaced my battery. I was very impressed at the excellent customer service they offered to me for such a small matter. I've used them several times to repair jewelry and watches. I've always been very pleased with their service.
Went to Moseley's to get a longer chain for my Mother's Cross. The staff was exceptional with service to make sure my mom had what she needed and the changed the clasp for one that my mom could work. Great people and go above and beyond to make sure the costumer has what they need!
I went to John Moseley to custom design an engagement ring for my girlfriend. He listened to my ideas, walked me through the process, and worked with me through the design phase including 3D renderings and 3d printed models. I was a demanding customer but when the ring was finished, it exceeded my every expectation. Their jeweler also named John does outstanding work. Ring was absolutely perfect and stunning!!! And...she said Yes : I would highly recommend Moseley.
Over the years I've bought most of my wife's jewelry from Moseley's and have always been very satisfied and treated very well. However in recent times I've moved away from jewelry as gifts and have instead we've done celebration trips. As a result, I've not been into Moseley's in at least 5 years to purchase jewelry and during this time most of the people that I have worked with in the past are no longer in the Lexington store. Yesterday I went to Moseley's for a simple request and as has always been the case the staff came through and helped me out. I needed an old watch to have a simple repair to the watch band that Jewelry Warehouse could't or wouldn't attempt to try. Moseley's staff did not hesitate to give the repair a shot and within 5 minutes returned my watch to me with the repair that was needed. On top of that they didn't charge me! It's customer service like this that goes a long way and will insure that I will continue to go to Moseley's for all my jewelry needs for my wife.
John and his staff are some of the most helpful and friendliest around. I went in to get a wedding band for myself and they went above and beyond to go through every option possible. My fiancé had the chance to look through some rings for herself once we picked one out for me. We spent two hours going over different rings from sizes to the cuts to possible custom jobs. The service alone sold me on Moseley's. The amazing work they do superseded my expectations. Patient and extremely knowledgeable. They are not out to sell what is most expensive. They take the time to find what is PERFECT for you! Check them out, I guarantee you will not regret it!
