Mosquito Hill Nature Center is a 430-acre, year-round environmental education facility operated by the Outagamie County Parks Department. The center's interpretive building contains a plethora of interactive, hands on displays for kids of all ages. The realtively new building addition includes the Thrivent Financial Art Gallery, which features changing art and natural history exhibits. Hiking and snowshoe trails traverse the Wolf River bottomland hardwood forest, a 13-acre prairie planting includes over 120 species of flowers and grasses, and visitors can get scenic views at the top of Mosquito Hill. Visitors can also enjoy weekend public programs and seasonal school field trips.
