We would like to Thank Lori Biskup, of the Albany Diocesan Cemeteries, My husband and I recently had the pleasure of having Lori assist us in simplifying, our decision making. We buried my brother at Most Holy Redeemer in Nov 2021. We don't live nearby but have visited a few times since & the staff is always very helpful. We were SO happy to be able to order a wreath for the Christmas season. They took care of everything.
I would like to thank Duane and David for rectifying a misunderstanding of a recent issue regarding a memorial ornament . I feel a real sense of relief knowing mom and dads wishes were met. Thank you again
Lori was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My wife and I were working through a decision on final resting place and Lori offered several suggestions to consider and did so professionally and with no pressure. In fact, at her suggestion, we took the opportunity to visit multiple cemeteries and locations before we settled on Holy Redeemer. Lori was incredibly accommodating and very patient to answer all of our questions completely and allowed us the space to consider our final decision. She made every aspect of our interactions comfortable. She is a true professional and very much appreciated by my wife and I.
We recently add lettering to our crypt along with a picture. The work was done quickly and very professionally. We are happy we chose Most Holy Redeemer as our final resting place.
My family is so happy that we chose Kateri Meadow at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery for our Mother’s final resting place. Tina and the entire staff made sure that our Mother’s natural burial was perfect. They demonstrated their commitment to helping grieving families in many ways. A natural burial was important way to us to honor our Mother who was very concerned about the future of our Planet. Thank you Tina for this gift to the Earth.
Words cannot express how friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful Jennifer was. She helped me navigate choosing my Mom's burial site with care. Jennifer was very accommodating and walked me through each option so that I could explain and show pictures of different parts of the cemetery for my Mom who is unable to see the plots in person. Our whole family was pleased about the burial site and we know that our Mom will be taken care of when the time comes. I would definitely recommend Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery and Jennifer--A+
My wife and I met with Lisa Tedesco to explore our final resting places and details about our funerals. She was very patient with us and laid out all of the options for burial spots. We worked out our purchase of space and now want to work with her on arrangement plans.

During an intense time of grief, my family was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Joel who patiently worked with us. He explained everything clearly, and most importantly listened with patience and honored our traditions. We could feel his sincere compassion and kindness, and we are very thankful for his assistance. The lady working in the office and the groundskeepers are also super nice as well.
