Motel 6 Ft Worth North-Saginaw

Checkout is at 11a..the GM wife and housekeeping force you up starting at 9a!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!The house keeping is good to be a Motel 6… most are dirty. The owner and his wife are there all night and day! The wife is rude! She is intrusive and asks you personal information that has nothing to do with renting a room. With the exception of one guy who works nights sometimes everyone else is rude!! They do not honor the Motel6 rewards for the 6% discount on the room. My room for me and my daughter was $64 on our reservation online HOWEVER the lady stated you have 2 dogs you can’t get that price !?! Says who! It’s a reservation and the dogs are service animals with a card showing so. I’m not sure how they run businesses in India, however the staff at this motel needs to get in order before they have a lawsuit! The kitchen area is filled with flies living and dead. They do not give complimentary coffee in the morning as advertised. I’ve stayed here more than once for consecutive time and various rooms need maintenance. The shower heads are broken and leaks water all over. The GM paints over dirt marks in the hallway instead of cleaning it. The door to the back of the hotel smells like urine. There are questionable people at this hotel as guest so I wouldn’t say it’s safe…you have to remember it’s a motel. The motel has HORRIBLE laundry room the dryers don’t work right and they charge $2.50 per wash per dry. Parking is a nightmare if full capacity. The WI-FI is trash. The bedding has burn holes and stains. The towels are dingy and are not washed well. New Management and staff is needed ASAP! Overall I would not recommend.

The staff is the rudest people i have ever had to deal with . Especially the LADY at the desk. I would give 0 stars if I could. We were getting a room for 6 weeks . Agreed by booking before we came here. Only 5 days later we have to leave. We have done absolutely nothing wrong. I clean my own room. My 2 dogs are quiet. Im going to complain to corporate first thing Monday morning. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ! Even the multiple police officers here yesterday said, and I quote, "this is the worst hotel in Fort Worth". Pot smokers everywhere. Even right at the front door. You go down the hallway and its ... Smoke smell. I could say a lot more negative stuff. I'll leave it at that. Rooms: Keep your curtains closed . Safety: Cops here every other day ! Noteworthy details: The worst staff ever ! Rude !

Had a great night stay. Staff was really friendly, the room was super clean, everything worked and looked new. I had a very pleasant visit... I was really tired when we drove in but felt fresh in the morningRooms: 5/5

Had a great experience until getting called after checkout and getting accused of stealing a clothing iron. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Person above us stomped all night. Guy at the front desk was cool until calling and saying “you stole an iron” like what would we need an iron for? We are going CAMPING maybe housekeeping should check rooms better and make sure all rooms have items needed OR have it marked which rooms don’t have certain amenities. Super disappointing.

Room/location was fine. Front desk service was TERRIBLE! They were incredibly rude. We booked a guaranteed room online. The front desk called me and wanted me to be there in an hour to check in..guess they didn’t way to leave the light on for us then I locked myself out of the room and morning person acted extremely rude to have to make me another key and at checkout he didn’t want to give me a printed receipt he said it takes too long as the printer is “really slow” first thing in the morning, however, it was 11:00. I will never visit this hotel again. Good customer service goes a long way.

They accused me of smoking in the room. They called only 2 hours after I left. Apparently they were waiting for me to be far away and not be able to return ... But I was there and returned. They showed me the room where the smell There were no cigarettes. But there was a smell of old furniture. There was no evidence of my smoking in the room. The hotel worker disrespectfully said that this smell from my clothes came to the room and that's why it smells there That's why I got fined! Is this a new way to make money on your customers?? Why do they go to such dastardly deeds for the sake of earning??? I do not advise you to go to these hotels. You may be fined for Запах пота или чего-то ещё который вы принесли с собой! This hotel is HORRIBLE! If you're looking for a nice, clean comfortable hotel, do NOT go to this one! The staff is unprofessional. I've never been to hotel that has only two pillows on the bed and they refuse to give you more...only hotel I've ever been to that doesn't have a hair dryer in the room! The rooms are very small and outdated. Not worth the price nor the hassle! I'd give 0 star if I could! BEWARE!!!! We'd NEVER stay there again nor will I ever recommend anyone to!

Bug on the bed and cigarette burn holes all over the comforter. Employee lady came to the room, squished the bug on the bed, flicked it onto me, and said it was not a bug. It was clear as a day a bug with wings. She proceeded to argue with me and call me a liar and tell me to go somewhere else. She stated the bed was clean. Just because you wash a comforter that has burn holes all over it does not mean it should be used. So gross all around and ended up demanding a refund and leaving. It was 11pm when we checked in as we were in town for a dance competition. We had to find another hotel at midnight which was difficult due to this. The WORST customer service I’ve ever had and the most disgusting room I’ve ever witnessed at a hotel.

No doubt this is one of the rudest ladies that operates a business I have ever came across. I would even say she is racist for the matter fact I’ve been around for a long time and I can read people for her to call me a liar and be as nasty as she was or something I’ve never experienced in a business motel. The beds had hair on them and holes in the blanket. I will never stay here again I come to Fort Worth a lot thank God there are many other motels and ask for the person who is going to comment about this comment whether you were in corporate or whether you were the lady I’m talking about do not apologize to me do not tell me it’s people like me keeps you doing a better job and making Motel 6 good cause I could care nothing less for that. I will never stay here again.

The rooms are actually upscale compared to others around here according to the other websites. I have had the Best from desk and house keeper service ever. Feels cozy, warm, safe and really comfortable especially for the price. Very reasonable price for the same experience of a more expensive hotel/motel. Location is great restaurant around the area.
