Phenomenal customer service the front office manager “Mike” and his team offer at this location. This is by far a welcoming stay, and I would choose no other place but Motel 6 in Duncanville. 5 stars is not enough to rate this location. This is the best place to stay “rate 10”… I thank Mike and his team for being great workers and providing the best service to me and my family. Staff is friendly and very attentive. The room is huge and very clean. Bathroom also is huge and was very clean. The only down fall no microwave but nice size fridge. Will definitely stay again when in town.Rooms: 5/5

The room was made to appear clean, but it was far from it. The bedding had hair and stains. We had to request for new sheets. The towels appeared to have been used yet were put back like they were clean. The shower head was clogged and dusty. For sure wouldn’t recommend even if budgeting. You’re better off sleeping in your vehicle.Rooms: 1/5

Efficient and Affordable!! Room was nice and clean. We didn’t stay for vacation purposes. We just needed a place to sleep for an out of town Basketball tournament and it was well worth it!!!Rooms: 5/5
