There's isn't very amenities at this hotel, but the rooms are always clean. Jacques is always welcoming when he checks me in, he also helped me clear up some confusion after I booked online via a third party app. The older lady with the unique voice that works days is also a sweetheart, she has booked me in a handful of times now, not one experience less than 5 stars. The staff here genuinely cares from housekeeping to the front desk, that puts them well above any other motel 6 I've been to in Denver.
Upon arrival we found this location to be one of the cleanest motel6's we've come across between Colorado Arizona and California. The staff was very polite and helpful quickly getting us into our room. I would recommend this greenwood village location. They have very fair prices with easy-going staff. The staff is amazing compared to other locations and we've stayed at numerous locations.
I stay at this location often and everything is generally pretty good. Rooms are clean. Internet is none existent but awesome for the price. Jacques always takes fantastic care of us! Andrea is super rude. I called in to ask a question and she hung up on me then got upset when. I called back to get my question answered. I came in person to book the same type of room that I always do and she tried to upcharge me saying that the room was $79 when I knew it was $65. I ended up having to book the room online because she refused to book it in person for the correct price. Outside of her everyone is lovely!
This is the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at and at the best price. From the check in, the room, the staff, the check out everything was amazing. The manager of that place is top notch. I told her my bed was broken. She came up and got maintenance to immediately fix it. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.Rooms: 5/5
For the price it's really good location, it's quiet during my stay never got woken up during my sleep. The front desk Jacques is really helpful and kindly to put me in 1st floor per my request, he help fixing the laundry for the other guest that needed it. I will definitely book my lodging for the future travel here in Denver. Thanks, Marlon Hebron
This is the worst motel 6 ever! There are bulletholes in the elevator. They do not provide do not disturb signs, they do random room checks for smoking and narcotics and say it's in their policy when it's not in their policy but want to say they are not responsible for anything lost or stolen in the room. The room does not look anything like the pictures they show online, the TV was on when I came into the room. Overnight staff is cool day shift is not cool. They don't give complimentary shampoo. The motel looks run down as well. Definitely over priced for what you are getting. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
I want to thank Jacques for helping me so much with everything! Service was top notch!!! He was so courteous and helpful, explained everything in detail and was very quick and efficient when we got there. We had an unexpected issue when booking online and he got it fixed for us with no waiting around or hassle. We will DEF be staying here again! Thanks so much for all your help Jacques! You the man!
Our room is so clean and nice the service is lovely, Daniel at the front desk is super helpful and kind. The marble facade in the bathroom is really nice! The sheets are clean, the whole room was clean! Perfect place for a one night stay or an extended staysRooms: 5/5
The only reason I'm giving it a 5 star is because of the staff. Jacque, on the night crew, is freaking awesome, and his customer service is on point. The ladies on the.morning crew, and everyone else is really nice and friendly as well. Rooms ehh, you get what you pay for, it was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. And the annoying "Room Checks" have to go. But it's worth it for the staff, they're super helpful!!
After staying at numerous Motel 6 around the state, Greenwood Village is by far my favorite! Super friendly staff, Andrea was AMAZING! Great, welcoming personality, who was more than helpful and kind. Rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious. Locked doors at each entrance. Definitely will be staying here when I'm in the area.
