Motel 6 Washington Ave Bartlesville

Clean but under remodeling. Very nice staff, good location lots of parking great for a boat. Bed seemed to be brand new or close to it. Someone did try to steal our GPS off our boat in the parking lot. In the middle of the night, they were not successful.Rooms: 3/5

Stayed over the weekend and found 5 cockroaches in the middle of the night scurrying around in our room and in my belongings. Left immediately. I wish the owner the very best. It is evident there is an infestation in this establishment. I hope the issue is resolved soon.Rooms: 1/5

Absolutely nasty!! Smells horrible, nasty bedding, drilled holes in the shower walls, and roaches!! Checked in and checked right back out! Not to mention the questionable crowd that hangs out outside of the hotel. The only positive was they did not argue to give me a refund! Do not recommend!!Rooms: 1/5

Still in the middle of our stay here, but it’s pretty horrible. Bedsheets have holes. And comforter is stained. No extra pillows, and only 3 tiny pillows on a king sized bed. The elevator seems like a death trap. I was looking forward to swimming but after everything else i’m afraid to use the pool. But those are the minor things. The bigger things: our room keys have stopped working every day that we’ve stayed here three days so far. When we complained about this happening daily, the man at the front desk shrugged. When it happened yesterday, the entire staff had actual gone together to go get lunch so we had to wait for them to return. The bathroom has roaches and ants. The wifi is abysmal - we’re out of Tulsa and the wind storm knocked our power out, so we were hoping to be able to work, but that can’t happen. We asked when we checked in if they do refunds for early departures and were told they do NOT do refunds, so we haven’t even bothered trying to get one and go elsewhere. The rooms are “renovated” but it’s basically the worst DIY renovation I’ve ever seen. Stay somewhere else. I wish I had. I’ll never come back to this location.

I walked into the lobby. The man at the desk stared at me not saying anything until I said hello. He returned the hello but never showed customer service courtesy the whole time he checked me in. I asked which way in the hallway I needed to go and he couldn't answer the question without the other person there helping him. The rooms have never been great here but the customer service was always top notch. Not sure I will stay here again. The staff needs to be trained in hospitality. Oh and the surprise 50.00 room deposit wasn't pleasant either. That should be on the website. Nearby activities: Bowling

Everyone there was so nice and understanding! I have two babies and they made sure my room stayed clean during our stay! They made sure we had everything we needed! I love the remodel they have done there! My son had a blast and so did it! Jordyn was awesome made sure the housekeeping didn't disturb us at certain hours, which was so awesome! Above and beyond what anyone at a hotel has done for us before!

There were riches in the sink and ceiling, the hallways look like an asylum, and the smell is horrific. As soon as me and my sisters saw a roach we went down and got a refund. This is ridiculous! This was our last resort and now we are stuck to sleeping in the car for the night. We are teenagers!! Motel 6 is supposed to be a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. This is absolutely not what we signed up for.
