Let me start this story off by telling you what happened to me two weeks prior to my experience with Motif. I went to a jewelry store in my hometown of Windsor ON Canada and when I walked in there I was immediately treated like a second class citizen and a piece of garbage. Maybe it was because my car didn’t match the 200k cars in the parking lot, I don’t know. I was so pissed because I was so excited to purchase a new watch. Being close to the American border I googled jewelry stores and the first business that popped up was Motif. I gave them a call and spoke to an amazing human being named Bobbie. A few days later I travelled across the border to Motif and it was the greatest decision I’ve ever made. From the moment I walked in the door Bobbie and staff treated me like I was family. They were the most amazing people to work with and we had a deal done in less than 10 minutes. I was so happy how it all went down and amazed at how I was treated by the beautiful people at Motif. Do yourself a favour and go experience it. You will leave with the biggest smile on your face.
We love Motif! Everything is so beautiful and elegant. The customer service and experience from start to finish were terrific! Bobbie Preston is the absolute sweetest saleswoman. So knowledgeable and patient. She even told me in detail which style of necklaces would snag my hair and why. The owners are wonderful people. I love supporting small local-family businesses. Highly recommended
Been looking for a home jeweler for a while ... found it! Recommended to me at the Macy's jewelry counter, as I needed repair for my mom's Mickey watch. Sarkis was so friendly and helpful, patient and answered all my questions. He was attentive and helpful with service/sales, but gave me space/room to browse and decide on a few purchases. I got a new watch band, Shinola watch, soccer necklace, and eagle necklace for Father's Day. More than I came in for, but it was such a nice atmosphere I stayed to shop. Very highly recommended. PS: plan for time to browse the Swarovski, it's an amazing display
I took my wedding ring in for service. I had damaged prongs, a missing stone, and the bands were damaged in two places. I had asked the bands to be made thicker. I am hard on rings. I damage the bands all the time, not purposely. I picked up my ring and it is beautiful. The workmanship is superb. It is exactly and more than I asked for. It is a pleasure receiving the finished product and working with professionals. My husband and I will definitely frequent again.
My experience with Motif Jewelers has been excellent. They have exceeded my expectations. Motifs has a talented experienced Jeweler who costume designed a engagement ring for me several years ago. Most recently Motif graciously repaired my rings "Like New" after Regretfully taking my rings to another jewelry store for resizing. I also want to mention the loyal long standing employees Bobby who are still there after many years, that alone speaks volumes. Lastly, Motifs has a large selection of beautiful jewelry.
By far one of the best experiences. I drove over 30 minutes twice because of the customer service. Jaclyn, she was my first point of contact and she was so welcoming. I was there to pick out a gift for a rite of passage for our son's 13th birthday and she helped me find the perfect gift. I traveled to two other jewelers to compare prices and the customer service was not the best at all. So the next day I drove back out there but this time with my 5 year old who was treated like a king with bottled waters and lolipops. I was met with Bobbi, who was just as amazing. She helped me so much and was excited to hear about the celebration. We have definitely found our family jeweler that is affordable and has amazing customer service.
Jack is an exceptional jeweler! My Mom & I have known Jack for years, always a pleasant experience working with him. My fiancee and I went to him for my engagement ring. Jack took the time to give us a thorough education on diamonds, looked at over 100 diamonds until he found the perfect stone for us. Jack made my rings and even blessed them for me. Highly recommed Motif Jewelers!
What a wonderful group of people. Eric was wonderful and created my ring exactly the way I wanted it. It turned out beautiful. Everyone there was so helpful and sweet. I’ll never go any where else
The owners and staff are extremely informative and honest in their opinion and product. Once they meet you they’ll always remember you. If you’ve never been here try them for repairs or new jewelry. You’ll be hooked.
