Motivate was born out of a love for coming alongside people and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. I found barre after son #3...and became stronger and more balanced than I had ever been in all my years in competitive sports. I fell in love and needed to share it with everyone willing to listen and partake. Adding the cardio and cycle only made it sweeter.
