Shout out to the staff of the ER for providing me once again with excellent efficient care. You guys are the absolute best and are so worth the drive from Albany. Thank you to all of you for your care Dr. Klar was exceptional as well as every single staff encountered from check in to discharge!
I had to stay overnight on the medsurg floor after having surgery. The staff were pleasant but they didn't check on you. Only the patient care tech came in and did my vitals. Not once did a RN do a self assessment on neither shift. The only time I saw a nurse was when I had to ask for my meds. I used to work on a medsurg floor and kinda know what is expected. No rounds were made by the nurses either. Kinda disappointed with this hospital after all I've done in the past is brag on their service.
I would like to say thank you to all the at coulquitt regional especialy the ICU department my nurse Amanda Payne was as good as it gets. She made sure I was taken care of and was always sincere and very kind. She needs a raise for sure for busting her butt and going above and beyond. Thank you again, Brian Price
Now i know why this hospital only got 3 stars. I got insurance.But want good is insurance if the hospital in Ga dont take it .Plus you sit dear for 4 hours and Then they pick and Choose who they want to see first. I am sick all the time. then would notsee me at all.I have to go to florida every month to see a doctor.
Very efficient ER. We only waited about 15 minutes from the time we walked through the door to being seen by the dr. The intake process was quick and the dr and nurse were great!
This review is solely for the front desk! The black female working the front desk for the visitor entrance is a miserable human! She is rude and awful to everyone who walks in the building. This is the last thing you want to experience when you have a sick family member. Why in the world would you have someone so awful as the face of your hospital! She clearly hates her job and it is obvious! She is just a terrible human!
Curious about several ER complaints… the hospital ER is not a first come, first served place. It’s a who need help the most place. Think about it, you’re having a heart attack and they take someone with allergies because they came in before you got there?!
Absolutely phenomenal care. 5 stars all around and Nurse Debbie had me checking out by 8am! This place was amazing!
Be VERY careful about sending your loved ones here. Their practices to get the result they want is very DECEPTIVE! They WILL and do LIE ! I wish my mother had been taken to Tallahassee’s hospital instead. She probably would still be alive. To walk in alive and leave in a body bag is straight DISGUSTING and to rush someone to pull their loved one off life support bc you’re tired of caring for them is DESPICABLE. Again be VERY aware.
Dr Globerman was so great! Helped my husbands low back pain.
