The lady with the brown short dreads is a HORRIBLE employee. She’s rude, she’s miserable, and she stinks. Shorty sniffs glue. Had to go to another post office before I told her my famous 3 words. If you see this. Tell one of ya nephews get up with me.
I avoid this P.O. like the plague due to the awful reputation that it has. Unfortunately, I needed to mail something via certified mail and stopped in to get that taken care of. I’ve only sent certified mail a couple times in my life so I had some some missing fields on the slip and Lisa’s response was extremely condescending and embarrassing. As I was trying to ask questions for further clarification she kept talking over me, demanding the 80 cents that I owed for my envelope. When I was finally able to ask my question regarding the certified mail slip, she responded by telling me I need to address the blank envelope I had just purchased, instead of providing the information I was asking for. I acknowledged that I understood that, and re-asked my question to which she replied “I JUST ANSWERED YOU.” It’s unbelievable that this person is still employed, after so many public complaints about how poorly they treat customers. I ended up stepping aside to finish filling out the slip as instructed, and then left and drove in the opposite direction of where I was going to the Lumberton P.O. just to mail it. I live and own a business in Mount Holly and support every last bit of this town, but I’d encourage anyone to steer clear of this post office, especially LISA! If you live in Mount Holly and need to mail packages I highly recommend dropping them off at Staples they take USPS and UPS as long as you already have a shipping label.
The lady with a short dreads is quite possibly the most miserable person on this planet. She lets out loud audible sighs for customers to hear while we're packaging our items. Completely unprofessional and I'm not sure she is a federal employee
VERY RUDE and unprofessional and refused to give me my package. I had called the main number ahead of time to make sure I could pick up my package, all I was told show an ID with your name. I am a contractor that doesn't have a physical address on any ID or bills so I showed up and this VERY RUDE LADY refused to give my package to me even though my name matches and I HAD THE SHIPPING SLIP LEFT ON MY DOOR. I work from 6am to 5pm and cannot be home to sign for it. So they let me sign for it there, checked to make sure it was there. And then again refused to give it to me after they know it is mine. Unprofessional, rude staff, I can see why this place has almost all 1 star ratings and ZERO 5 star reviews. Pathetic excuse for a postal worker. Or a perfect example of postal workers. Depending on how you look at it. Wow.
They really need to fire some people here. The lead clerk is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered.
She was ignorant rude disrespectful ridiculous and not friendly AT ALL!! my husband had a very large package she would not take it when he had to carry it out down the steps with a bad back i pulled our car up to get him so she called police to report a car parked out front ..which was a lie and not parked l never want to use this office again.. And Not a 1 time experience
I don't know her name but judging from the other coments, probably it is lisa. She is horrible to deal with. If you don't like your job old pathetic lady, do something else with your miserable life. When I go in the post office is because I have things to take care of and the last thing I want is a rude, disgusting old lady with a mask being rude. Its amazing how they let this person deal with customers.
I would leave ZERO stars if I could! Lisa is very rude! Would not recommend everyone to go to this post office. She got upset because I didn’t know if my package was first class or priority when all she had to do was scan my phone to find out. She didn’t even want to finish my order cause I got rude with her back! USPS YALL CANT EXPECT TO TALK TO PEOPLE ANY KIND OF WAY AND THINK YALL NOT GONE GET THAT SAME ENERGY BACK!!! Post master some how got my package return back to me RTS within a couple hours from leaving it with him.
The lady that was behind the desk today, 9/30/20 at 10:40am, was extremely rude. Told her exactly what I needed and she continued to go off topic and not listen to what I was saying. After continuously telling her what I wanted she hands my envelope back and tells me to leave. Like really? She has always had attitude with other customers that I have witnessed over this past year. She’s miserable and needs to leave or be let go. She doesn’t belong in customer service positions. USPS...please look into this woman and take care of business.
Avoid this post office. Lisa is one of the most nasty human being that you will encounter with. She never resourceful for anything waste of time. Instead of helping you and do HER JOB nope...she is super nasty not once not twice but all the time to me. Unpleasant nasty attitude. Just like the other reviews said only Lisa’s name comes up she brings the whole place down. If you hate your job that much you should quit. Amazingly to our corrup system she still have her job. The worst PO in the USA go to Hainesport PO they are more nicer and classier.
