The Mount Pleasant Township Volunteer Fire Company, Station 41, provides Fire, Rescue, and EMS services to Mount Pleasant Township, Cross Creek Township, and the surrounding communities. We have two fire stations, Station 41-1 is located in Hickory, and Station 41-2 is located in Southview. The fire company utilizes a 77' quint, two engines, a tanker, three squads, and a brush truck to provide fire rescue services to the community. We are a VOLUNTEER organization and are always looking for new members who are ready to serve their community whether as an active firefighter or a non-active firefighter who could help with the business and fundraising operations of the fire company. We rely heavily on the community to support our fundraisers, without the community support we would not be able to finance our day to day operations that are necessary to make the fire company a success.
