Established in 1973, the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center is a Network of three federally qualified Joint Commission accredited community health centers. Located in Mt. Vernon, Yonkers and Greenburgh, New York. As a Primary Care Medical Home, the Center provides comprehensive, patient-centered health care services to approximately 110,000 registered patients annually with over 250,000 annual encounters.

Specialty Services: Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, EKG, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Sonogram & Speech Therapy.
Community Services: Medical Mobil Unit, Maternal Infant Health Collaboration (MICH) Women Infants Children Food Supplement (WIC) Outreach and Insurance Enrollment Assistance & Patient Advocate Services.
