Rude and unhelpful when calling the city licensing department. They make it very difficult to do business inside the city. I deal with most municipalities in Jefferson and Shelby county. Mountain Brook is the most difficult to work with. I may have caught some one late on a Friday just ready to go home but the most unhelpful person I have ever talked to.
