Mountain Inn & Suites-Airport

The owner of this place is wonderful, my family has nothing but nice thing to say regarding the owner of this establishment. However, the woman who's working the front desk is very rude, unprofessional, and does not make my family feel safe. The hospitality business is all about acommodation, and that is where the lady by the name of Michelle fell short. If only they had better staff, this place would get all my stars Food & drinks: In & Out is super close and so are other stores for food and snacks

I’m giving five stars because this business was finally kind enough to cancel my reservation without making me pay for a regular nights stay . As a repeat customer it was very much appreciated and I apologize for any trouble it may have caused …because of your helpful actions regarding this matter, you’ve now kept me as a customer in the future . Ah - the ways this establishment let me down. The "Inn" is allegedly a two star hotel, I tremble to see what a one star hotel in this area is like. 1 Check-in. Couldn't locate the desk help, they were napping in the back. I got the bill paid, and then I was required to give a $20 cash deposit for a card-key? When is the last time you had to give a deposit for a key? 2 Room. Clean, didn't smell. a plus. A few clean towels. 3 BULLET HOLE in the window, window screen, and black-out shades. The bullet hole in the window was dutifully covered with a sticker. The bullet hole in the wall opposite the window was patched, so at least they did some "maintenance" with it. 4 Bedding. Holy heck - ONE sheet over the mattress not even a fitted sheet and NO TOPSHEET. One questionable "comforter" on top of the bed. Shady as all get-out. Sleeping with no top sheet is just weird. Summary - I hate to say it, but I'd rather stay at a motel 6. I'm never returning to the "mountain Inn."

Poor customer service, as always I check out wondering why I have these hotel owners another chance to treat me poorly. I do not like this hotel. Dumb rules No exceptions Rude

It was $90 a night. The lady at the front desk was just Cringey and Rude. We called to ask if they can switch us rooms bcuz are room toilet was clogged up and they didnt really clean up before we arrivedRooms: 1/5

I was a guest for a week New beds and sheets old cigarette stained blanket but clean for the most part... no bugs no random people walking around ..but the second they collected moneycharged a cheaper rate the lady started yelling at me when I mention my dog would be in car till sister picks him up she then yells no guest ever with I'd or not not in daytime or nightNO DOGS NO REFUNDS NO GUESTand goes on to say I'll keep money nooo refund ..Next day I was gone all day showed up after midnight asked for key got yelled at again asked for five $ so I said I'll wait till morning then yelled at and asked for ten dollars for key next day. I asked for internet password and she was completely unprofessional rude and loud her husband gave me code then explained how it works. I go outside I'm standing there and she yells at me for smoking like you no smoking in no room no smoking and I'm all yea that's why I'm outside . they went in room when I was gone and last day as I was packing up car matience man and owner go in room with my kids in room and he says clean up everything before you leave like way uncomfortable uncalled for unprofessional and rude I felt uneasy to say the least

It was okay but could be better. The bathroom fan needs to have a cover on the wires. The bathtub has a hole that needs to be covered too.

Started out good but my partner lit a cigarette and put it right out not even a cigarette buttt. But they made big deal out of it even tho hhe put it out immediatly. It didnt smell like smooke when i went in next morning. They found an ash annd took pictures of it and took all his money even key deposit and therrre no way they had to spend 110 to clean room. Run the sswweeper and its done. It smelled like pine sol or. Mr clean not cigarett
