Best espresso in town!!  My friends and I did the Barista for an Evening class and it was so enlightening!! I had no idea what is all entailed in making an espresso or cappuccino.  Daniella is very passionate and perfectionist about making espresso and coffee.  She trains her staff for 3-6 weeks! I quickly came to the realization that many other coffee shops don’t do it right and make only mediocre coffee.  I will be coming here often

Excellent coffee shop with amazing customer service. This has the best croissant I have ever tasted. You definitely want to try the Brazilian bread. Outside and inside seating and there are four parking spots on the south west side of the cafe. They are actually in the apartments parking lot where the cafe sits, but there are 4 spots for Mountain Iris.

I am a huge lover of Chai tea lattes and very picky about the quality. I recently had an AMAZING Chai at Mountain Iris Cafe and I can't stop thinking about it. It might even be the best I've ever had. I can't wait to go back and have another... or three.

I cannot stop thinking about this place.  The Bruschetta di Parma was divine and the Chai is incredible!  Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who have traveled and want to re-live their travels through food.

Great cozy café! Free wifi, chairs, tables and bar to sit at.  Coffee is good as are their little snacks. Everything is fairly priced I think in comparison to other cafés I've been to.

I had the ham, egg and cheese croissant sandwich topped with a little arugula. Paired with a cup of perfectly brewed African light roast coffee. The cafe is quiet and cozy. Emily was wonderful and friendly. Will definitely visit soon again. Great place!

My coworkers and I love to get coffee here. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The coffee is delicious and so is the food. The have some different items compared to your traditional cafe which are fun to try. The prices are good about what you'd expect or cheaper.

I love this little hole-in-the-wall cafe! It feels so homey and the owner is very charming, much like the space itself. The food can take a bit of time if there's a line, but it is well worth the wait. I've never seen it absurdly busy, so it doesn't feel too crowded, and the prices are fair. I love their CSU discount as well. Definitely a must if you're stopping or living! in Fort Collins.

One of my favorite things about Mountain Iris is the occasional home-made fare.  I've recently tried the home-made and original Passion Fruit Mousse.  Amazing!  Passion fruit is a nice combination of tart and sweet; happily, Daniella doesn't make it overly sweet.  The mousse is creamy and smooth, a real treat!  A nice, light dessert in a warm and bright environment.

The Coconut Lentil soup is vegetarian and is very tasty! Reminds me of home cooking..they have a choice of espresso from Brazil and Italy which are also very nice. Do stop in and support locally, great lighting and did I mention very clean, super clean!
