Worst place ever. I do homecare there for a patient. Numerous rocks everywhere, everyday by office and pool. Maintenance should be cleaning all this up, beginning at 7:30 am like all other places. Pot holes are disgraceful. Homeless in vehicle's allowed to sleep on property. Someone is going to fall. Then this place is going to get sued. Very bad management.
So far so good. Reasonable rates by the month. Old RV's are welcomed. Some families and seniors live here. It is there home and a place they can afford to live. Nothing wrong with that. This is one of the nicest place we have stayed. The staff is very friendly and nice. Big laundry room and jacuzzi. The pool has been closed the whole time we stayed here. When we checked out they had opened the pool. To late for us, we needed to do our pool therapy.
Terrible management, since I've been here it's changed at least 5 times. They've raised rent a few times but don't fix ANYTHING. My ac has been broke for a year and a half. JUNE 2021, and "it's on back order". Garbage is flooded everywhere, stuff gets stolen all the time here. Homeless people hang around the back parts of this dump and the facilities don't even work 100%. Don't rent here.
This place is the pits. Half the time you dont know who the real employees are. Everybody seems to work there.
I’m only here because there was no where else to be. Skip this place it’s horrible no one here cares I’ve made the same noise complaint a bunch of times in a row and management still hasn’t done anything. Even though when we got here we were told there’s a no nonsense policy. I’ve been threatened and made to feel uncomfortable and all management said was to call the cops instead of handling it. They know this resident is trouble yet still let’s them be here.
Another hemet homeless gathering spot ...well at least it looks like one. Dilapidated fifth wheels garbage everywhere its just a mess and it looks like no one has plans to do anything about it. Don't leave anything unguarded we'll unless you don't like it cause it won't be there in the morning. Where's code inforcement when you need them.
I'm happy to share my experience! I've lived here for 5 years, my electrical box is faulty! I've spoken with the manager about it and nothing is being done. She says I'll call you back and no response. Laundry room is a pig pin and the bathrooms are not in compliance. No hours posted in the laundry room, I can't load my laundry card because I work and it's all closed up. I'm a manager too at another park! I take care of every complaint! This place is not in complience with any health codes including the toxic pool!
This place is horrible to live in people fight and breaking other people’s stuff and even stealing. The pool has no water and broken windows in the building. Trash is everywhere and bugs and homeless
I've lived here a little over 3 years and the manager and employees are wonderful. The location is great. The amenities are lovely and a nice addition. And everyone always waves and are very friendly and have been very welcoming to our family over the years. Between the morning coffee, bingo night, and family movie night, and and weekend breakfast and so many other wonderful things and events. This has been a blessing during a rough transition time for our family. Thank you guys for being so great over tbe years!! Elizabeth n Scotty n kids
We enjoyed our 4 week stay, very much. The staff is friendly. There are a few full timers, but everyone is nice. There isn't much shade, but the area is pretty quiet. The fitness room and laundry facilities are well maintained.
