Dr's and staff are AMAZING!! I've been going here for the past 2 years, and still love going here. The only negative thing i would have to say is that the office is always extremely busy ... That's just because they have a high amount of patients, because of how great they all are. If u are truly in pain, the doctors will take great care of you, and they are all very compassionate

I don't know what all the negative reviews are for. These were all the nicest people I have ever come across in a doctor's office, as a collective. Dr. Ellie wants to help. What more can you ask for. Very happy with my first visit and looking forward to more.

I stopped in to Mountain Medical a couple months ago. Katie, the director of behavior health, could tell I was somewhat in crisis. She went out of her way to help me deal with it, and I am doing a lot better now. It became evident repeatedly that the people at Mountain Medical are more focused on serving people than they are in making a profit although both are good. Thank you Katie and everyone else at Mountain Medical.

It's been a Wonderful, personable and healthy, caring experience...they care about their patients! Not just the medical aspect of our lives, it is an overall invigorating, educational, and learning experience. Important to them we understand all of our options...Making sure us as patients we are happy and gaining full potential for the medical standpoint and options available to a healthier lifestyle...extending a helping hand in guidance to exploring our options in what care/challenges we as patients face, and need to follow through with care on what as a patient, we need to know. We can choose personally, to further Our knowledge in how to handle our ailments and the steps to recovery. What procedures are available and recommended to have surgery...MRI... x-rays...massage and pain relief therapy as well as other services offered. Referrals...Through recovery, I'm learning what Specialists are recommended to make my life happy and achievable...baby steps...and how to achieve a relative pain free lifestyle...minimally. Physical therapy, injections and other things are suggested to get to that point to where my body can heal through time, Patience and hard work with guidance from all the Dr.s. It has been a vast key to recovery in a general. I appreciate their honesty for my recovery plan set in play. It's important when you are a patient. That helps me make decisions to my very best knowledge in following my goals all the way to the end and in between. Thank you to the staff and Dr.s for true and honest advice to healing and going about my recovery, A plan to exceed to my best potential. They over exceedingly go out of their way to make my goals what's BEST for me. A personal touch. I most certainly recommend making this office a trusted and safe place for making yourself, family member or friend comfortable with your health in their hands. It's important to them and yourself. Whether the care you need is simplistic or heavier health concerns. It makes me feel comfortable to know I can walk in the office and know what care I do receive, is THE BEST quality care I could request anywhere. My recovery is helping me achieve my other goals as well in life, due to the progress, I've made while being a patient. It Keeps me positive but, realistic. The recommendations of care have been Right on to what I've personally needed to be able to follow through with my progress in healing appropriately in a timely manner. The healing process is up and down... but in the end, it's the best choice for me and recommended to anyone in pain for various health conditions and concerns. They do indeed CARE about you as a person. And take care of your needs with a personable touch...as such. God bless them all. I will furthermore extend my patient status under their care until I've achieved my therapeutic goals. Baby steps, And will continue to follow through with their advice and guidance as directed. And To remain healthy and, if any more bumps along the way... I know they will continue to be there to guide my progress with any new developments. I'm flexible to the type of care recommended. I couldn't recommend a higher level of standard anywhere else I have received care. That's what real Dr.'s do... CARE! Feeling comfortable and having an open line of communication and being honest is key to the proper care for any individual, any age or ailment...being able to actually have that, is a high above blessing! Much gratification to the staff for making the environment a safe and comfortable work/patient place. Making appointments are easy...they work with your schedule and accommodate YOUR specific needs. Emergencies can be accommodated as well. I feel special.... and the coffee is great as well! A bonus! My parents n I have prayed for a great Dr. ...well now, I have several. God is good! I've been visiting this office for over a year. The staff is very friendly and the doctors only have the patients best interest at heart. They are very dedicated to making sure that the patient is receiving the best treatment possible emotionally and physically witch both play a big part in recovery

I have NEVER SEEN NOR BEEN TREATED SO UNPROFESSIONALLY. I was told my the office manager after I said I would call back tomorrow and deal with my issue with the Dr she said I better have her home phone number because there not open on Saturday. This was not the first time I was treated HORRIBLE. I took my us n they came in & said I had methamphetamines in my urine, I told them that wasn't possible I have never done that. They said Ihad to do a bucal swab I was fine with it because I knew it would be clean. I was still really upset the next day because that's a serious accusation so I went in n asked to see the computer and where it showed methamphetamine. Magically it didn't. So now my insurance just paid for a bucal swab I didn't need in the first place.The Dr I saw that day introduced me to CBD for pain n I could buy some from him but it had to be cash n I paid it to him not the Drs office. I don't even think it was noted in my chart. The next month I go back n this Dr doesn't even use CBD so I'm confused & apparently so are that because there's no treatment plan in place. They are one of those clinics who see there patience as dollar signs and not humans.

There's few doctors who know the true meaning of pain. There are few doctors I have found who will listen to you as a human without the god complex. I feel treated with compassion, warmth and guidance from my Dr. At mountain medical. I have trusted only 3 doctors after over 11 spine surgurys that all failed. Other pain doctors rushed to implant or inject until I almost couldn't walk, one tied me down while injecting a needle into my tail bone while I had a no support between two vertebrae, he left me awake after telling me he wouldn't torture me knowing I had been through too much already. He lied to my face and could not keep injecting bone where hardware was in the way. I don't trust easily. I have obviously been around pain management doctors in the state, One of the three doctor I trust is in Europe, leaving two state side doctors whom I've trusted completely in a 16 year journey... That should speak measures about my Dr at mountain medical. I trust my doctor at mountain medical. She's a gift to not only her patients but to the world. I beleive if I ever feel addiction I'm free to discuss without fear. I don't fear her in any situation. I trust completely. The staff of nurses are all friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Natasha does an excellent job, often doing jobs of others. If I could obtain a proper coded billing receipt I would have the full package. All in all, I'd rather have a amazing doctor and nurse than worry over the billing an sometimes not professional front desk. I know how rare these Dr's are.

I have been seen by Nancy Smith for past 10 years. I loved it when she opened her own clinic. The staff, doctors and PA's truly care about you. They do not just write scripts. They are a top notch clinic

Horrible pain management clinic. If I could give negative stars I would. They will find any way to make you pay more, and more after intake. They are a joke if I have ever seen one. They never receive pharmacy calls or faxes. They will put you on weekly UA tests that you will pay for. And your lab results will come up positive for random drugs because they mix all of the tests up. Complete robbery! Do not waste your time here. They are not about your health! They are about there money!

I like my Dr. That's about it though. They NEVER return phone calls, don't communicate with each other, and they're ALWAYS running behind, so the appt takes over an hour most times. I started going to them because I didn't have insurance, but now that I do, it's about time I find somewhere else. This place is way too expensive to have to deal with the BS.
