As someone who has severe anxiety about dentists and dental visits, I have to say that Dr. Chapman has been extremely kind and gentle. The staff has made me feel very comfortable during my visits. I haven't had a better dentist in my life. They have helped me to start overcoming my fear of dental visits; couldn't recommend a better place to go!
After several weeks of phone and email tag and one abrupt rude call where I was hung up on, I finally got a hold of this office and they were rude on the phone because I couldn't provide the name of my doctor off the top of my head. They literally told me that I "can go find a doctor in Bozeman". I can, and I suggest you do so as well. Many businesses in big sky seem to have this attitude that they don't need to provide good or any customer service because there aren't a lot of options here, and unfortunately this business is one of them. I would never want to place my health in the hands of someone so rude and unprofessional, so self important and entitled. Please leave the healthcare industry. Your attitude and bedside manner are unsuitable to the job and this community.
Fantastic facility, amazing staff, 10/10 would recommend. As someone who’s recently neglected my routine dental care, Dr. Chapman & Shaun were extremely kind and professional in helping me get back into routine care. The office is very welcoming and clean, and they use state of the art technology in the exam rooms. There’s a massage chair and PacMan in the waiting room, and even free cookies on your way out! They make it very clear that appointments are required, but scheduling an appointment within a week was very easy in my experience. Also, it’s made very clear that they are not contracted or in-network, so expect to pay a little more up front. It’s definitely worth it, and depending on your insurance you’ll get refunded for some of the cost anyways. Living in Big Sky year round, I’m extremely happy to have found such a top tier dental office right here in town. Thank you!!
I started going to Mountain Pearls a little over 3 years ago after my Dentist in Bozeman retired. Dr. Chapman and her staff are very friendly and professional. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about oral health and cares deeply for the wellbeing of her patients. The Mountain Pearls office is immaculately clean, calming and decorated beautifully. Mountain Pearls utilizes modern, state of the art dental and imaging equipment. Dr. Chapman has many years of experience operating her own practice and enjoys continuing-ed and keeping up with the most innovative new dental procedures and techniques. She is more than capable of handling everything from routine cleanings to trauma and emergency procedures. It's wonderful having a first-rate dentist conveniently located right here in Big Sky! Whether you live here full time or enjoy visiting, I highly recommend Mountain Pearls Dentistry.
Finally, Big Sky gets an awesome dentist! Dr. Chapman does excellent work and really goes the distance to make sure that you are taken care of. As long as you set up your appointment in advance you won't have any issues. This is a mountain town, so don't expect walk in same day service. Other than that, mountain pearls is an awesome comfortable place to go
Mountain Pearls is the best! Dr. Chapman and her staff are always extremely friendly and comforting to anyone who is fearful of the dentist. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction and it took less than 30 minutes. I have also some teeth sealants redone and my teeth cleaned which were both very quick and easy. I've always scheduled appointments and even rescheduled with no problems and Dr. Chapman has always been on time. Couldn't ask for a better dentist!

It’s like a spa. You walk in and immediately my apprehensions about being at the dentist were quelled by the relaxed atmosphere. Dr Chapman has done a great job of reducing the clinical appearance of her practice. She and her husband gave me a tour and I was blown away with how much tech and attention to detail they have implemented into the practice. It’s the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to....and it’s in a mountain town. Thanks for putting the patient first.
As perfect of an experience as a dentist visit can offer. Dr. Chapman was absolutely wonderful. We came on vacation from Florida and I had a bridge on my front teeth break the day before we left for Montana. It was Dec. 23 and my dentist at home wasn't open, none of them were. It was threatening to ruin my whole vacation. I called Dr. Chapman first thing in the morning the day after Christmas and told her what was going on. By 11am I was in her chair! She took care of the problem with care and professionalism. Thank you so much! And thanks to your sister for assisting
