Great location and nice park. BEWARE- they have nice spaces and then TIGHT spaces! It seems that the nice spaces are kept to make an impression with first time visitors! We were returning customers and scheduled a two week stay. We literally were ‘shoe horned’ into a very tight space with six inches of clearance on either side no joke, looking into the trailer next to us. This is while big, wide spaces with inviting grassy areas were left empty night after night. We asked to move and we were given a hard NO! I feel as a returning customer who is staying for a lengthy stay and planning to return again, that we should have precedence over people staying for one night! We could not even sit outside and enjoy the park because there was no room. I think that the park management should reconsider their space assignment policies! BEWARE
Positives: The showers are very nice the grounds are clean the staff is helpful and friendly. Negatives: The sites are extremely close together. We were in the front of the park with the back of our travel trailer right up against the street and next to the highway. Very noisy
The Hispanic lady working the front desk is highly unprofessional and rude. Online it says hours are until 6pm. Showed up prior to 6pm, the open sign was still up and she was at the front desk. I walk in and tell her I just need some propane and she says “nope I’m done for the day” How can you deny a customer a service you offer during business hours? I guess you guys could care less about making money! How can you guys allow someone that rude to run your front desk? Great way to lose customers!
Would not recommend. Front desk staff was rude. Pool hours were super limited. Extremely tight spots. There was no room to park our tow vehicle without blocking someone else's spot. Our picnic table was under one of our slides and we had to duck under our neighbors slide out to get to our front door. Most of the washing machines were out of order. No email confirmation of booking. The only pros are the convenient location and decent amount of trees for shade.
Extraordinary unprofessional front desk. I called to book a spot and she told me she was booked even before i gave her the date. Also, asked her if they were near Bluffdale and she said no. So frustrating dealing with people sometimes.Service: 1/5
We stayed in site 110 for 10 nights. This park is close to everything we needed in SLC area. Sites are very close together, cramped. Site 110 and the one directly behind it are probably the biggest/best spots in the whole campground because they have a bit of a yard. Pool looked nice but closed at 6pm everyday, which we felt was too early. We would've really liked to have used it, but we had stuff going on during the daytime. We like to go swimming after dinner. The bathrooms were nice, stalls were small. The laundry room was big with 8 washer and 8 dryers. $1.75 per washer. RV Park is clean, mowed, and most people pick up after their dogs. Corina at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Braxton, the park manager, was quick to our rescue when we needed an extension cord for the electrical hookup because our cord wasn't long enough. Otherwise, we would've had to park our truck somewhere else, and put our RV in the middle of our site instead of one end or the other. We had no issues with the full hook-ups. Parked on gravel. Had a picnic table on concrete. Lots of highway noise. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because this place is packed. They have wasted NO space and get every dollar possibly by renting every single inch. And because the pool closed early. We probably won't stay here in the future.
The pool closes at 6 pm. I went with my son at 530 to swim for the last 30 minutes before it closed. Many other people were there. We walk in and an extremely rude lady from the front desk came storming in and telling us we couldn’t swim. Also the WiFi was nonexistent and did not work. The facilities were nasty- wet toilet seats and paper globs on the walls. Spots were very close together and not level l. 1/5 stars = would not stay again.
Very quiet and clean. The rest rooms are well taken care of. Friendly residents. We stay here every time we come to Salt Lake City.Rooms: 5/5
I reserved a specific spot in April for the 7,8,9 of July. I confirmed it twice. We got here after closing and they had given our chosen spot to someone else. They put us in the front which is a lot of freeway noise and one specific long term RV. These people are not nice. The next morning we went to the office to complain and find out why. Still don’t know why but they made this up to us and we could move to the chosen spot. I appreciate them working with us. Many thanks to the owners and staff that helped us.
After traveling for the past 8 years this was the worst park we have stayed at. When we checked in and went to the site someone was already in it. I was told the manager put them there and we had to go to another spot. I was told that we could unhook our trailer and put it in the ungraveled spot 175 next to our spot #176. We did and as I got out of the motorhome I almost fell over the picnic table. We asked at the front desk if we could switch the motorhome to #175 and she said that was fine. Then the next morning the asst mgr , Terri Wilson insisted we could not stay there and must switch back to 176 because no one was supposed to be on 175. I said we would if we could have one of two sites that were vacant and she said no because both sites were already booked. What a crook so was our first site but we had to move. So we requested a refund for our second night and said we would be on our way. She preceded to tell us if we did any damage to the lot it would be our responsibility. I have pictures documenting everything. The Wi-Fi is no where to be found. The pool and hot tub closes at 6. The laundry room keys don’t always work. Never again will we make a mistake like that again. Always read there reviews. Good Sam needs to not endorse this park.
