Great experience! They got me an appointment the day after I called, did a thorough exam and cleaning, and offered an appointment for treatment the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and professional office. The doctor even called me the day before my first appointment to introduce himself!

What a professional and great experience. The office was so well staffed. The girls were very friendly and efficient. Arie took several X-rays. She was fast and well skilled. Dr. Carlen was the most knowledgeable. He was so good at explaining everything that I would need in my dental treatment. He was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone . It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office.

Mountain View Dental is awesome! I needed an appointment within two days and the got me in the very next day. The day of my appointment I didn't have to wait more than maybe five minutes to get started and the whole cleaning and inspection was quick and efficient. Thank you, Mountain View Dental and Staff.

My cleaning was great as usually. The problem is with the checking out. This is the 2d time I have been put in the waiting room where I was to wait to check out. In the meantime people are checking out and being checked in and I am being left sitting. Those of us who have to go to work when finished do not have the time to sit and wait to be checked out.

Dr. Lybbert and hygienist Darcy were truly amazing! They did everything they could to make me comfortable through a procedure that was difficult for me . I’m really impressed with this dental practice and would strongly recommend it to everyone. I only wish it was in my hometown as I am just a visitor who was seen on an emergency basis. I even received a phone call from Dr. Lybbert the day prior to my appointment. Amazing! Thank you Dr. Lybbert and Darcy!

For many reasons, the day of my daughters appointment was a rough day for me. Seeing her so excited for a visit from tooth fairy and completely calm and happy, instead of anxious, on the laughing gas was a bright spot in my day. Pulling teeth, even for orthodontic reasons, is never considered fun——but we had a few good laughs while in your office and it was just what my heart needed that day! Thanks for putting a smile on our hearts

I feel very sorry for this business. Their profit margins are so slim they are forced to charge a fee if you pay by credit card my preferred method. Today, I thought I would avoid that by paying in cash for my cleaning, they do take cash without any additional fees, but are not able to make change, any change is posted as a credit on your account. I was very leery of doing this since my wife and I both had credits of over $100 on our accounts for over a year. It seems they put the credit on your account, but are reluctant to apply it to future charges. I wish they could charge prices that allowed them to run a business without nickle and diming customers.

Mentioned some recent tooth discomfort during my cleaning. They found out why, scheduled me the next day for a Crown repair on a cracked tooth, and the fix was superb!

They did a good job of the extraction. The dentist was very knowledgeable. The only negative thing was the price. Quite expensive for a person on fixed income. I would use them again if I could afford it.

Dr. Slade and the entire Westover staff are fabulous, professional and extremely polite. I really appreciated how I was treated and cared for. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work people.
