This Mobile home park is for retired folks 55 and over and a very stearn regarding the rules and regulations about the mobile home park. The management team that run the park like it very Quiet there and ***DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LANES INSIDE THE PARK IF YOUR VISITING OR IF YOU EVEN LIVE IN THE PARK OR YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED OUT OF THE PARK AT YOUR EXPENSE AS THERE ARE WARNING SIGNS POSTED THROUGH OUT THE PARK.
My name is Regina , and I have been house sitting as the owner I a childhood friend he live with for a your to finish his high school education . His family moved to Tustin . Able to finish Dos Pueblo’s. So as I have been married to him 47 years and I live by Emily post style of life . I am my brothers keeper. Meaning I need to help as many people as I can . Well my husband and I have been house sitting to help him keep his home. He is in Canada. Having prostate treatment. They have no medical help What was to be six month has been three years. Health still not great. I have honored his insult of telling me he can not talk to but the owners in Canada. After 30 days even if I was squatting The laws of this state considered me a legal resident. The disrespect and bias given is unfounded and unbelievable . He said I can not be told anything except when the pips over flowed . Then he acted as I had way of knowing about and that was done rudely . Racial discrimination blatant dislike?I wonder. I have also been trying to bring this neglected place.up to par.. I have bought this place t need replacement to code. But as he stated in a letter , was wrong and not up to code. I have someone from the government Thus Legal . If it was not there would be problems with the law. So I am confused he has blocked me getting it done for 3 months. Illegal as hell. There is no step at all . I has the defected one removed. If there’s a fire I hope I can t to make it to the front door. We have done everything to fix this but I had to do inside first . Now I am not sure I am willing to try to please him and get this place up to par. Not being allowed! Crazy as hell.
Use to be great 10+ years ago. Manager is over bearing and rude! Makes it hard for anyone to Sell. Makes everything a nightmare for Sellers. Took out all beautiful shade trees. Looks bare! Looks like a RV stop over park. Park needs a new manager. Wonder if park owners realize how manager treats everyone. This park needs a more softer look. Go elsewhere, manager makes life hell in here. Move! Truly
I lived in the park for 3 years. I was miserable. I was a young 56 year old. My neighbors were my age but acted old. They complained about everything. Where I parked my car. BBQ smoke, talking outside of mobile home during the day! And there was 10 pages of rules. And the rent is not cheap. Definitely not worth living there.
I used to live here with my dad before he passed and the whole process of selling his home was HELL! And the manager wasn't the nicest or most helpful but over all living there was great until we had to sell my dad's home.
I live in the Mountain View Mobile Home Estates. It is an over 55 mobile home park that enforces the rules. Some of the mobile homes here have the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen! One of them on Maple Street has every color of rose there is and some I have never seen. The people here make the most intricate and inventive display of flowers I have ever seen.
Management will steal your trailer have your car towed even if it in your driveway my friend's car was towed for no other reason because it didn't have up-to-date registration but it was off the street in his drive way but management didn't like him and so they found the loophole and had his car towed
A resident here for over 10 yrs. We pretty much keep to ourselves, my husband and I. It's a nice place not too happy about parking around here though.
It was an ok drive through when I did "Meals on Wheels". The place seemed clean and there wasn't any run down homes. All alright with me.
