In an age when you only get robots when you call customer service, the Park City branch of FCBU is full of real people. Edwin Figueroa the VP branch manager immediately took my call and guided me through a complicated financial transaction that had to be done immediately. His competence, and most importantly his attention to my problem was a refreshing and reassuring experience in these automated times.

I have been working with the wonderful crew at first community bank for several years now. They are outstanding in every regard. Always professional and quick to handle any issues or questions you may have. Whether it be personal or business banking you can trust that they will look out for you. Jesus and Eddie have guided me through my finances from the beginning and have always gone above and beyond to keep my best interests in mind. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

WE love this bank and all the warm and wonderful people there; Edwin, Jesse and Tracy are amazing!  Great customer service and always professional and efficient! Personalized services and  the team goes the extra mile to help.  We had a problem with getting some money from a Mexican bank after the death of a family member. Edwin wrote countless letters and made many calls to Mexico in order to help us finally claim our money. We have banked at First Community Bank for years.  Switched over from another big national bank that seemed to be more interested in selling us loans than helping us manage our money.  We have been delighted with the personal nature of the branch, the quick customer service we get when we call, even if it's the home office in Idaho that picks up.  They know us by name and go above and beyond to help when we are out of town and need something. Edwin is a treasure. In fact, we've moved out of state, but are staying with FCBU.

Jesus was so patient with us to open up our club account. We had a few people on the account and needed his coordination to get the account opened. He was helpful and efficient.
