DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLIGENT STORAGE FACILITY!! They rent storage units with severe water leakage. I had professional movers store my items there. When I moved things out, many boxes and some furniture were severely damaged or completely ruined due to black mold. Boxes were completely soaked through & some fell apart. The owner griped saying their lease stated not to store "any heirlooms," etc. in their facility. She used the excuse that the storage unit "is not climate controlled" when water being allowed to pour in has nothing to do with that. Rather than apologize or do anything to help me recover losses, the unprofessional owner griped me out saying I signed a lease basically stating I'd be happy to rent a dump that didn't protect any of my belongings. EVERYONE BEWARE: NO RENTER OR HOMEOWNER POLICY COVERS WATER DAMAGE DUE TO THE NEGLECT OF MWSS!! The owners don't care if your belongings are trashed. They also never answer their phone when you call, and you have to wait days for a return call.

They institute policies and do not notify tenants. I was told I could justice out so I did. All I wanted to know was why I couldn't access my storage units after 10:30 pm Not that I would go there after dark but why wasn't I told that

Online setup to check-in and check-out is very intuitive, facility is clean and well maintained with easy access off HW67 in Woodland Park, CO. Def. recommend!

Easy access 24/7. Just off Hwy 67. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there's no on site personnel, but it's a minor technicality.

Been doing business with them for several months. No complaints.

Way to over price and the Aisles are too thin.
