Started competition BBQ events as a past time, that grew into full time doing catering events. Va. State laws require a commercial kitchen to cook from which lead to opening a restaurant. BUT, our catering business continues to grow so we closed the service part of the restaurant to devote all our time to doing the catering, where our passion really lies. The restaurant still offers our long time customers full access to our food by doing a great carry-out service.
