Dana Kidd worked with us to book our trip to Disney World. She was so responsive would respond to emails within what felt like seconds of sending them, knowledgeable and patient with us. She was always so pleasant when we spoke to her. Her recommendations regarding rides and where to eat were awesome! I would highly recommend having Dana book your next Disney trip. We will definitely be using her when we book ours!

This was our first real family vacation. We really had no clue where to begin. We knew we wanted to go on a Disney vacation but we weren’t sure if we wanted to go to Disneyland or Disney World. With all the mandates California had in place we decided we wanted to go to Florida, but we didn’t know how to even start. So I googled travel agents. I read reviews on Dana Kidd and I was really hoping she was my agent when I asked for a quote on a package. And sure enough she was assigned as our travel agent. Dana was very helpful, she basically took care of everything. She gave us options on different packages and when I asked for her opinion she didn’t hesitate to let me know what she thought. I absolutely will only work with Dana Kidd on Disney Vacations from her on out. I also was just told she now does Sea World packages and Universal Studios packages. My wife and I are already trying what to decide for our next vacation. But we will definitely be using Dana Kidd she gets 10 stars in my book!

It was my first time booking with Mouseketrips and after seeing good reviews decided to give them a try. We had Dana as our travel agent and just wanted to say everything went smoothly. She found great deals even with Disney upping their prices. If I had any questions she was easy to get a hold of. She updates you with just about everything going on during your travel time such as discounts if available, and more info on added perks. Will definitely be using them again for our next trip.

We worked with Dana for our Disney World trip, and she was amazing! She communicated quickly and thoroughly, and definitely knew all the important info we needed to make our trip a success. She booked all of our reservations, and even kept trying with success! when some of the things we were hoping for weren't available right away. Dana Kidd was wonderful at helping us book a hotel and the Disney World tickets. She also helped us buy our tickets to Universal. She helped to book our dining reservations and we were able to get early entry to both parks with her help. She also told us which parks to go to during the week. She helped booked our shuttle to and from the airport. She was very prompt about answer all our questions. We had a lot of questions because it was our first time to Florida. We really appreciate all her help and would definitely like to use her services again in the future.

Dana Kidd was an amazing help for our trip, and we cannot recommend her enough! We have been in contact with Dana since pre-pandemic trip was supposed to be Summer 2020, and she helped us reschedule and handle all the changes until we could go on our trip this summer! This is my first time using Mouseketrips and Kelly Stewart. This vacation was more than expected. Kelly was so knowledgeable on our daily festivities. We communicated weeks before and I took notes on all of her advice. Just before we stepped on the plane, she had a spreadsheet of our daily goals. She listened to all of my requests and delivered an amazing vacation. This vacation was focused on Princess experiences. My granddaughter and I have made some pretty incredible memories. I will ALWAYS use Kelly when returning to Orlando in my future.
