This pharmacy is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The pharmacist and technicians are the absolute best!!!! They’re the sweetest people you’ll ever meet and they always go out of their way to be helpful! Highly recommend this pharmacy :
I was forced to go to them due to some prescription issues at other pharmacies, but Im glad I did. I was so overwhelmed with having to get medication filled for my son and honestly, I was just stressed out about it. Every time I speak to Aaron, she is always patient, informative, and helpful. I feel comfortable when I ask her questions and she always makes sure I understands before we disconnect. Honestly, everyone I have come in contact with so far has been very polite. I appreciate the ladies there so much. I just want to say thank you from a mom who was at her wits end! You all made this transition much easier for me. Blessings to you all ;
Pleasant staff and always kind. I love this particular pharmacy and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys for always being very accommodating.
Love this pharmacy! Erin and her staff are always so caring and great! They always go above and beyond!
Love the fact that they deliver three times a week. Wish they were open until 7 pm on Saturday or open on Sunday. The gift shop used to be more enchanting and had more sales! Now it's just like all the others. They don't sell fresh produce which was a big item during the summer for me to buy!! Also they stopped selling the old candy, drinks, etc. Less and less a reason to go inside. I really miss the more "private" Moyes Pharmacy if used to be. They do still try.
I had to politely ask the woman about to administer my Covid booster shot to please put on a mask…. right after overhearing her speak about the influx of people coming in for testing. We’re also in the midst of a new variant and it is days before a holiday.. people probably have plans to try and see their family. The pharmacy is fine, but as a healthcare worker I would have expected more consideration for those you are in direct contact with before having to be asked.
I wasn’t even able to become a customer. I had a compounding rx sent to them on a Friday. I was going to go by the pharmacy on Saturday to make sure they had it but I didn’t make it. So I called Monday only to hear that they got the rx but they don’t fill the rx of customers that they’ve never filled for before w/o the customer first calling. Then I was told that the rx had to be sent to Stockbridge to be filled. Which I didn’t see on the website that Stockbridge was the only location that compounds. This is very unprofessional. If my rx was needed urgently it would’ve never been filled had I not called. This should be stated somewhere on the website or something. New customers don’t know to call first. Among that the attitude of whoever answered the phone was nonchalant like I should’ve known to call and it’s never a problem. That being said I’m going somewhere else.
I called today for a COVID rapid test after 9am when they open. I read the website first to see that the location accepted walk-ins but preferred appointments. Therefore I called at 9:07am to make an appointment. After being on hold for over 10 minutes, I was told someone would call me back to make an appointment since they were busy currently. I explained that since they accept walk-ins I would proceed to drive to the facility while I waited for the call. Upon arrival, I pulled through the drive through at 9:39am and was told no One May test until 10am and after that point I would be worked in which May take an hour. She said she could not even let me pay for the test until she got ready first. There was literally no one in line at all. Mind you the pharmacy is open, no one is walking into the store, no one is parked ready to be tested. I sat near the front door in my car as instructed. About 10:08 a lady in a wrinkled T-shirt with a Moyes tag parks beside me and walks in. Neither the First Lady who was supposed to call me to schedule an appointment nor the payment lady had called at this point. I called at 10:13 from my car to ensure I could not clarify the process, they still were not able to let me pay. Finally at 10:35 I am notified to come pay in the drive through. It’s the wrinkled T-shirt lady who accepts my payment. Still no one else in the parking lot regardless of appointments has been tested. No one else is waiting in line. Cathy in jeans comes out to test me and says the results will be in 25 min. Mind you the website says 15min - I know because I read the website before arrival. At 10:55 I did receive my results.
Outstanding best describes this Moye’s Pharmacy! I’ve been going there more than 8 yrs and I continue to be impressed by the service. Literally everyone is friendly, polite and goes out of their way to help. I absolutely recommend this Moye’s to everyone.
Not sure why you all are offering vaccines but not giving out literature to those who receive the vaccine. Each of my family members got their vaccines there at different times and were not given literature. I got my vaccines at the Butts County Recreation Center and was given literature each time regarding what to expect and do’s and don'ts. When I called to ask the pharmacist why they don't offer literature to their vaccine recipients I was told, “we give it to them if they ask for it.” When I explained to her that it was not good policy to send vaccinated customers out the door with no information she started “they were too busy to keep up with that.” If you all cannot perform this service correctly, then you shouldn't be handling it.
